I hope whoever reads this pays attention to why I'm giving a perfect rating. Juan was actually doing the windows of my neighbors townhome and accidentally rinsed my windows along with the neighbors on the back side. Unfortunately the initial rinse left a lot of water spots on my windows to where they needed cleaning. I contacted my neighbors to get Juan's number w/HTX Powerwashing who did their house. Juan called me back and kept communication open with me and promised to come back and make it right. He set a date and showed up when he said he would and completely cleaned all the windows on the back of my townhome, and I have at least 8 large and 2 small windows going up as high as 3 stories! Bottom line is that he never left me guessing if he would show up, then he went above and beyond to do my windows and this was as a make up for a small misjudgment spraying them initially. When he was done he wasn't satisfied with one of the smaller windows at the very top and told me he would have a guy come out and clean it with purified water to make sure the job was finished properly. He did all of this not expecting a dime! I tried to give my $50 cash for his troubles and he would not take it, I made sure he knew I wanted him to have it for the above and beyond service but he still refused. Juan is a diamond in a sea of marbles when it comes to business owners, I highly recommend him for any service that HTX Powerwashing provides. You won't be disappointed and his honesty goes just as far or even further than his service, I'm thankful for what he came out to do today. read more
