The second gutter cleaning was timed when I was out of state dealing with an emergency. I told them I'd call to reschedule. They called me 4 more times while I was gone to schedule. Zero regard for what I was going through. I finished my obligation and told them to cancel me for anything else. I got a call today saying they'd be there for Thursday. I never scheduled this nor did I want it. Then they say if you don't cancel in a timely manner they can charge you $125. How shady and unethical can you be? You scheduled me for something I didn't ask for on a day I didn't want and tell me I can be charged?? I'll never use them again .
