Poorly ran and operated. Customers randomly scheduled for services on days they didn't request and are charged trip fees on top of it. Charged maximum prices for sub par services being done with outdated equipment, employees barely speak any English. If you get your gutters done, please stand outside and watch, workers will climb on your roof and just rev the leaf blower to sound busy. Pricing is a joke, they won't even come out to see your property before they charge , they'll pull up a google image of what may not even be your home anymore and give a price. read more

I used them years ago for pressure washing my house and window cleaning- they did a good job. I had them come back to window clean and it was awful- even after they sent someone to fix it. Decided to try them one more time and signed up for the gutter cleaning package- you get a discount if you do two in a year. I wanted to schedule them out far from one another and they made it a big issue and had to get "approval". 2 in a year means you should be able to schedule 2 within that 12 month timeframe whenever you want. The second gutter cleaning was timed when I was out of state dealing with an emergency. I told them I'd call to reschedule. They called me 4 more times while I was gone to schedule. Zero regard for what I was going through. I finished my obligation and told them to cancel me for anything else. I got a call today saying they'd be there for Thursday. I never scheduled this nor did I want it. Then they say if you don't cancel in a timely manner they can charge you $125. How shady and unethical can you be? You scheduled me for something I didn't ask for on a day I didn't want and tell me I can be charged?? I'll never use them again . read more

I hired Advantage Pro Services to clean my gutters - 2 story home with gutters around 100% of the perimeter. The bid was $296 and included the following: - Clear debris out of the gutters and roof valleys. Bag up, haul off and dispose of debris. Clear downspouts to ensure system is functioning correctly (DOES NOT INCLUDE UNDERGROUND DRAINS) During one of the big rain storms in May, I noticed water flooding over the 2nd story gutters. I actually thought I may have some roof damage and I called a roof specialist to check it out. When he came out he told me the problem was that the gutters were all clogged up. He charged me $75 to clear the second story gutters...What he pulled out of the gutters and downspouts was black and rotted - - clearly had been there for many months or years. It became obvious to me that Advantage Pro cleaned the first story, but not the second story - I guess they figured if I couldn't see it, I wouldn't know. Next storm the second story gutters started doing their job and the downspouts were shooting water everywhere - I opened the bottom on one of them and pulled out about 2 pounds of old rotted debris - They obviously did not clear the downspouts either. I called Advantage Pro to inform them that I did not believe they cleaned the second story gutters or the downspouts, and told them the whole story. I insisted that they refund me the fee I paid them since they did not complete the job according to the work order. I was told that since it had been 4 months since they were on site, there would be no refund. She suggested that in that 4 months, the gutters could have become full, etc... I told them I would NEVER hire their company again. I trusted this company to do the job I hired them to do, with a written contract to back it up. They violated that trust and then did not back it up when I called them on it. I do not do business with companies whose workers try to rip you off, with a front office that does not stand by their customer. read more

Review composed over a period of a few weeks: I am tossed on how to review Advantage Pro Services (APS). I got an appointment for work within 24 hours of my call. The crew arrived early, were courteous, efficient and willing to answer any questions. All that was 5 stars. That being said the person I spoke with on the phone to arrange the work, although very courteous, was also very pushy, trying to sell me biannual services which I did not need. I only needed the front gutters on my two story house cleaned (first time in 11 years), but the sales rep "highly recommended" that I schedule a full house gutter cleaning. So, not actually able to see the gutters, I reluctantly agreed. The crew spent about 35 minutes at my house and 98+% of the work was on the front gutters. The rest of the gutters were clean as I predicted. For 35 minutes work I was given a "final" invoice by the crew for the original amount for a full house, one time gutter cleaning of $387 (includes tax). I originally agreed to this amount, so will reluctantly pay it. My post job inquiry to APS as to whether the price remained the same given the actual, limited work required was ignored. I was contacted by the billing department about my bill and how I would like to pay it. This was disturbing because I gave a credit card number to the sales rep when scheduling the work, which was to be charged upon completion of the work, but it seems APS lost this information. I told APS via e-mail with the draft review above attached that I would send a check, not wanting to give out credit card information again to an organization that cannot seem to secure it. APS immediately contacted me, apologizing for lack of response, agreed to reduce my bill to $324 (including tax...their "minimum" charge) and that the missing credit card had been found. Via e-mail, I thanked them, told them to go ahead and use the relocated credit card for my bill. A week later there was no charge, so I finally called and the polite person on the phone said my credit card would be charged the same day and it was indeed, finally charged. To top it off the company I originally wanted to do the work finally got back to me and their price was half of what APS charged for the same work! So, finally, office reps 2 stars (all polite, but execution lacking at times), price 1 star, response time and workers 5 stars...total 2+ stars. The next time, I will try someone else with more reasonable charges. My fault for impatience, but the front gutters were overflowing during some rainy weather and to their credit, APS arrived the next day after my call. I had used the original company I wanted for work in the past with good results, but they were too slow at responding this time. Too busy? Given the price difference, I am not surprised. read more

This company is professional but overpriced. For years, I have had a company clean my gutters for $245. Since that company is hard to get to come out (since they are so busy), I decided to turn to yelp for another option. It was easy to schedule an estimate with Advantage Pro Services and the person who came out was very nice, but the company's bid was $479 for a one time gutter cleaning and $377 if I agreed to sign up for twice a year (which is how often I normally have the gutters cleaned). They also gave a quote for window cleaning that was 50% more than I had paid previously (even at the twice a year contract rate). Since posting this review, I received another estimate from another company and used that other company for the job. The other company cleaned my gutters for $109, did a nice job, cleaned up after themselves, and used the ecofriendly lawn waste bags that my neighborhood requires for the debris. That same company also cleaned my exterior windows for a price that was comparable to what I had previously paid for window cleaning. Today, I received a call from someone at Advantage Pro Services upset by this less than 5 star review given that I did not actually use the company to clean my gutters. I asked him if there was anything inaccurate in my posting, and he could not identify anything inaccurate. I told him that I would consider giving them more stars, but see now that 3 stars is "A OK;" While high bids can be justified by great service, I can't say that a bid two times what I normally pay and 4 times what I actually paid is "A-OK." I also think that this review contains the type of information that other Yelp users might find helpful (since it is the type of information I care about when reading Yelp reviews). read more

The team arrived on time. The supervisor was very helpful in removing all the window screens, and was involved throughout the entire process to ensure quality work was done. The work included a soft power wash on the building and garage exterior, power washing the walks and driveway and the brick decks, windows cleaned, inside and out, and gutters cleaned as well. In our view, all the work was very well done. We were pleased with the entire experience starting with the detailed presentation of work to be done and pricing by Advantage Sales representative, Aron Warren. The entire project was done on schedule and all work completed in one day. The 3 man work crew, under the direction of Tomas, were easy to deal with, kept us well informed of their progress and work activities, The on site team was largely inconspicuous throughout the process. I received a response to my request for a quote the next business morning and was able to schedule an agreeable date and time to have the crew come out to the house. I had a great experience! I spoke to Jennifer on a Thursday and she was able to schedule a window and gutter clean for the next day. Three guys arrived early (!) and finished my two story in around an hour, cleaning the gutters with a blower, taking all the leaves and pine needles with them. The windows are great too, and they said they were happy to return to fix anything - I haven't had to test this as all was good. I had Advantage Pro come out and power wash our home and exterior clean our windows -- the team of two went ABOVE and BEYOND with the task at hand. They carefully covered all outdoor electrical outlets, moved heavy(!) outdoor furniture out of the way, and took care when placing their ladders against our siding. In addition, when the conventional washing didn't do the job, they took to hand-detailing all the difficult spots and really paid an attention to detail that I had not come to expect anymore from service providers, having been jaded from previous experiences. The APS techs restored my faith and re-instilled the good experience sentiments that one should get from such a job! At one point, I had a baby on my hip and a kindergartener on my hand, walking around with curiosity -- they expressed genuine concern for our safety, making sure we were not in the way where strong pressure washing solution was misting above. I honestly couldn't have wished for a more caring, professional and hard-working crew, with above all, a GREAT attitude!! As a SAHM charged with overseeing the service providers, it can often be an overwhelming task to deal with all the work being done on property, and I have unfortunately experienced many not taking well to my direction / opinions / concerns / requests. It is worth highlighting that I received **ZERO** sass from the APS team -- only a kind and collaborative attitude!! They were so respectful and considerate -- I felt comfortable and heard, and observed them go out of their way to deliver an excellent work product I highly, HIGHLY recommend this company -- and I've been through the ringer with all sorts of third party service providers after completing an extensive remodel of our home. Called Advantage Pro after finding good reviews on Yelp. Most others had reviews for not cleaning up the mess they left. They cleaned my gutters, windows and changed my floodlight bulbs. Asked them to clean more windows than originally planned and they did it with no charge. I have a tall 2 story house. They gave a competitive quote up front, showed up on time, and did exactly what I wanted them to. Cant ask for more than that! Will call them again this fall. read more

They have since come back out and fixed my issues at no additional charge. I plan on using them again for additional services. After the miscommunication was worked out, I highly recommend them!! Let me tell you - the gutter issues on this house have been that way for probably a decade. NOT ONCE has anyone actually fixed the issue, besides simply cleaning the gutters. I had my stucco house power washed by this company last week and they got all the dirt and icky green algae off and left the walls clean and the windows sparkling. Exterior window cleaning after power washing the house is a separate service they did at additional charge (I almost didn't order it) but I was surprised how badly dirty the screens had been - very obvious difference after they were washed! The team of Chris and Omar were such nice guys and I didn't feel like just another stop on their to-do list for the day. I will definitely ask for them again next time. If you have delicate plants near the house you might consider covering them with a tarp or something - the cleaning product sprayed on the house seems to have slightly burned some leaves but they'll grow back. No real problem there and I only mention it for the picky gardeners out there - that would not be me. read more
