We scheduled a service for several days later with an 11 am to noon window. Steve indicated the serviceman would call 30 minutes before arrival. The morning of the service, I sent Steve a text at 10 am to confirm the service and received a positive response. I took off from work and arrived at our home at 11 am. Having heard nothing, I sent a follow-up text at 11:40 am, but Steve did not respond. At 11:50 am I called Steve and he apologized for the delay. He indicated his serviceman, Chris, would call me. Chris called at 11:55 am and indicated he was approx. 25 minutes away. I texted Chris the address and gate code. At 12:30 pm, I called Chris again to check on his status and he indicated he was approx. 20 minutes away. When I questioned his timing, Chris became angry, cancelled my service call, and hung up on me. We will not use or do not recommend Garage Door Dude.

The shingles look brand new. Even the shingles under my solar panels are clean. I'm very happy with that part of the job. Unfortunately, i'm taking off one star because the runoff from the cleaning agent definitely killed some of my grass. There's a line of brown grass running the perimeter of the house where the eaves drained off the cleaner. There are also two large spots of completely dead grass where the roof converges at angles and poured large amounts of cleaner. The website says they protect the vegetation, so I don't know why this happened. But I don't know anything else that could have caused this.
