I called and booked an appointment with them on a Friday. They originally said the arrival time would be 12:30 and it would take two-three hours, which worked for us as we were leaving town around 3 for the Christmas holiday. Three days before the scheduled appointment I get the reminder email saying that the arrival time will be 2:30. I email back to say I was originally told 12:30. They tell me the earliest they can be in my area is 2:30. I explain we will be leaving out of town and was told that we didn't have to be home for them to service my house. I then asked to reschedule to a different day because I want to be there when a company I've had no previous business with works on my house, especially if I'll be out of town in case something happens. So we reschedule. The day they are supposed to come out it's raining cats and dogs. I get a call from the company saying they will need to reschedule (which I completely understood and was expecting the call). When I asked when we could reschedule, guy I spoke with said he was driving around and would call me back later to set it up. 10 days later and still no call. They obviously don't want business. I would look elsewhere. I am. read more

BEWARE: I used Geek Window Cleaning for over 2 years and the last quarter of 2017 they failed to show up. I called and emailed on 10 occasions (over 5 months) trying to either cancel, get service and/or a refund. At one point I was told my service would be cancelled and I would be reimbursed, but the company continued to charge my card without providing services. I had to contact my credit card company several times to stop payments. After sending 2 certified letters that were refused and returned, I contacted the BBB to help resolve the issue, but Geek Windows FAILED to respond to the BBB. I am owed over $200 for services not rendered. I have never given a bad review, but THIS BUSINESS HAS NO INTEGRITY! read more

I scheduled the appointment for my clients who are selling their home based on a recommendation from a colleague. The following is her reply when I asked how the Geeks did..."They were great and it was very interesting to watch the process." Since you don't know this client, this is a HUGE compliment. I'll be using Geek Window Cleaning again. Thank you for making me look good. Alan Morlan/Realtor Keller Williams Realty read more

I have learned to always read the less than stellar reviews because that is where truth dwells. Poor communication. It's great they are "busy," so they do not need my business. Everyone deserves a second chance, but not 4. I emailed the details to this company 2 days ago. They called back and left a message without a quote. I called back again yesterday and today. I was quoted $260 for a 1500 sqft townhome and then put me on hold which disconnected. I called them back, and they asked to put me on hold- AGAIN. In the meanwhile, I went online and they were running $50 dollars off, so why didn't they offer me $200? ( which is still way too high). Needless to say, I gave up. I would rather risk my life on a ladder that beg to pay for help. Unbelievable. read more

WooHoo is right! I found Geek Window Cleaning here on YELP. They came at the announced time, pressure washed our outdoor surfaces and cleaned the windows of our 2 story home. They were polite and efficient and worked without stopping on a day when the temperature in Houston was 100 degrees. Our home looks like a million bucks. Thanks, Geek Window Cleaning. read more

Geek Windows is wonderful! We've used their services now three years in a row - for window screen cleanings, for inside and outside window cleaning, and for outside of the house power washing. They've always done a wonderful job. Their prices are good, and their service has been excellent. read more

The windows on our newly purchased 30-year-old house probably hadn't been washed in 30 years, and these guys made them sparkle inside and out! Matt and Danny were diligent, knowledgeable, and respectful. And for a small per-window fee, they even cleaned out the gunk accumulated in the bottom outside tracks of the window sills! This is now my go-to company for window cleaning. read more

They did a great job and I highly recommend them. I had planned to have them power wash the garage floor, but they were very upfront and told me it wouldn't make a substantial difference - so I didn't do it and saved some money. I have a three story townhome and the the windows looked incredible inside and out when they were finished. read more

Kyle and team were detail oriented and perfectionist in window washing and pressure washing. We were putting our 1964 built home on the market. They pressure washed and used cleaners that took decades off the patio, pool deck and driveway. They really took their tone and did all the extras to make the house look perfect. On the window washing they did both inside and out. After pollen season and Hurricane Harvey it made a huge difference overlooking the pool and outside at the azaleas. The pricing was a good value and we got more than our money's worth. They were not racing against the clock to get to the next job. They had tons of pride in delivering a fantastic service. read more

Great service, nice crew, and my windows sparkle. Call them NOW so you can see more clearly too!! Thanks Geeks

I made an appointment with Geek Window Cleaning. They gave me an estimate of when he would arrive. On the day of the appointment they called and let me know they were on their way. They arrived within the time estimated. When they arrived they did all the windows that I had requested on the phone, plus they did extra windows and doors. Before they left, they said if there were any streaks that they missed they would return and clean that up! They were very professional, friendly, and courteous. I would strongly recommend them to others and I will use them again. read more

Outstanding communication and service. Engaged Geek for an outside cleaning and it was done promptly without issues. As the inside windows were also dirty, scheduled another appointment and had them return for those. All service was easy and the service providers arrived timely and were efficient. Have already referred them to another local family member. Excellent job, fair pricing, and great service ! read more

I used this service last week for washing the windows on my 2-story house. Here are the high points (there were no low points) 1. Cheapest of the 3 bids I got 2. Arrived on time and called to say they were on the way 3. Windows sparkled when they were finished 4. They did not damage any plantings in doing their work 5. Courteous and professional 6. Did the work in a reasonable amount of time I will definitely use them again! I had been putting this off way too long, but now that I know how prompt, effective, efficient and reasonably priced they are, I won't wait so long. read more

Geek Window Cleaning is the best Window Cleaning service I have used since moving to the Heights. Matt, Danny and Holly showed up early, were all professional and did an exceptional job on my exterior windows and doors. They even offered to help with a problem on one of my interior windows. My entire house looks so clean and bright. I highly recommend the Geeks. read more

Had the company come out to clean the outside of my windows. Unfortunately did not do what I would consider a very good job on the higher floors. They stated they had to come inside to take my screens off, although you could easily take them off from the outside. I don't know if they did not have a ladder or just do not want to use it. When I called to have them come back out, I spoke with Will and he was extremely nice. He said that can happen because it is hard to see the results sometimes based on where the sun is during the day. It honestly did make sense. However, when the guys came back out to do the touchups they were extremely unprofessional and came across very lazy. I asked them to leave. I called to let the owner know. Although I really do think they care about what happened, I would definitely not use them again. read more

Geek Window Cleaning is an Awesome company! Matt was very professional and did a great job pressure washing my house and cleaning my windows. When my husband pointed out a small area that he wanted spot cleaned again, Matt was very nice and immediately said he would take care of it. Our house looks like we just painted. Will was also very helpful in setting up my appointment and helping me with my payment. We will definitely be hiring these guys again. read more

This company is amazing. They can give you a price over the phone. They are super reasonable and do great work. They also have a quarterly program and that's what I am on. They show up like clockwork. You can't go wrong with Geek Windows. read more

Excellent job! The guys were very nice and worked quickly. I'd recommend Geek Window Cleaning to everyone.

Kyle and his team are super professional. They are reasonably priced and prompt. They come in a team and get the job done. We now want to do this every year. I am a real estate agent and would recommend them to my clients because it's worth the cost to have sparkly windows when you are trying to sell your house. I personally use them because they are very good and price is right! read more

Great company. Found through yelp, and yes, all the 5-star reviews are true! Showed up on time, super nice guys, very thoroughly cleaned my windows inside & out, reasonably priced. Can't get much better! read more

I think they went out of business. We've called seven times. We get a recording or a young lady. The young lady takes you information, but we never hear back. read more

Everyone at Geek Window is very professional and extremely nice. But more importantly, they do a GREAT job! Always on time; very conscientious about their work (they wear booties so not to mess up your floors, double check the windows for spots, etc.). I have use them for a couple of years now and have been very satisfied every time! I highly recommend them for your next window cleaning project. read more

I called to set up a window cleaning appointment with Geek and spoke to a man that answered their phone. He didn't know the answers to some simple questions such as "Do they wash the window sills?", and after quoting me $180 to clean the exterior of 10 windows in my cottage he told me that someone else would call me right back to schedule the service. No one ever called. read more

Geek Window is fabulous! Dependable, honest and their customer service is great. Highly recommend their service!

From my initial phone call with Kyle to the date of service there was constant communication, including a meet us page so you could learn a little about the techs that would possibly be on your property. I also received reminders about the date and time of my service. Kyle arrived and was extremely professional and concerned about making sure I was satisfied with the work. He worked quickly and my home looks so much brighter and cleaner. He reduced my total bill from the original quote because one of the windows in on a second story ledge. The out side was a mess and now it sparkles. I didn't want Kyle to risk going up on the ledge. The window is out of reach, so no finger prints or puppy nose prints. I would recommend Geek Window Cleaning highly if you are looking to make your home sparkle. read more

I have a one story mid-century modern home with floor to ceiling windows. Scheduling with Geek was very easy. I received an email reminder, and a phone call reminder. Matt and Danny arrived on time, and did a terrific job. They offered a 10% discount for posting on Facebook. I will definitely use Geek again. read more

I called Geek Window Cleaning for an estimate and Kyle returned my call and provided a very reasonable estimate. He was able to set up an appointment for a day and time that was convenient for me. He sent me a confirmation email with photos of his workers so I could rest assured that the people knocking on my door were from his company. His 2 workers showed up an hour early and called to let me know they would start work on the outside windows. They cleaned both inside and outside in about 3 hours time. The guys were very nice, and they hardly made a sound (nice since I work from home). The windows look great! We will use them again the next time we need our windows cleaned. I highly recommend their work. read more

They showed up promptly and went straight to work. They were efficient and pointed out any problems that we had with our windows. Friendly and courteous, they took measures to keep everything neat even wearing covers for their feet indoors. Extremely professional. This is the second time I used them. Last time they cleaned only outside. This time they did both interior and exterior. read more
