Update: from 5 to 3 stars. Organization and time management in regards to appointments appear to be lacking greatly over the last 3 months or so. I experienced several occasions where a scheduled appointment would be changed at the eleventh hour. In January, I was notified around midnight that my cleaning for the next morning would not occur. In February, I was notified once again but my scheduled appointment was honored and he actually mentioned that he thought he was fired. Something I didn't give much thought to until March when I received a message that the appointment booked about 2 weeks in advanced would need to be changed due to a scheduling conflict. The notification of course came around 10pm. Less than 12 hours before the expected appointments time. I asked why and the response was that he did not see the calendar until now. I thought about this and realized there is a lack of accountability here and a growing trend of unprofessionalism I no longer wished to condone. I hope they are able to recover from whatever is the cause of this and wish them the best of luck. read more

I liked Ronny, the owner of this company, but the man he brought to install the ceiling fan in our nursery did a terrible job and left a teetering ceiling fan in a room where our baby is to sleep. After explaining my concerns to Ronny (I could see that the ceiling fan was shaking) he told me that the fan just needed to be balanced but he wasn't sure how much that would cost to do. He guaranteed that the fan was safe, however. I suspected that this was not the case, and so I called our electrician to come out. It was revealed that instead of securing the fan with a box, Ronny's man screwed the fan into a piece of wood with cabinet screws, leaving the fan in danger of falling out any time it was turned on. We are getting the problem fixed now, but I cannot recommend this company for anything electrical. I reached out to Ronny after he left to tell him of my disappointment, even asking if there was a job that he did really well that he could do so that he can try to give me better representation of his company so I can leave a better review. He told me he would have another of his technicians call me but that was over a week ago and I have not heard from them. At this point, time is up and I must review him based on the info at hand - a poor, unsafe and now expensive job indeed. read more

Spotless; literally able to eat off the floors. i always check behind the toilet for thoroughness, passed the test! Irie Vibes does good cleaning -- when they show up. They have now not shown up for four of my appointments in the three months that I have been engaged with them. They often do run a few minutes late, which is no problem, but most often they do not contact you at all if they are running very late or not coming at all (see screenshots of conversations), including my very first appointment. For my latest appointment (November 1), they did not show at all, again -- no contact whatsoever, just no-show. If you desire reasonable consistency, Irie Vibes is really struggling with scheduling; they are growing and are overwhelmed (congratulations to them, for sure, but this is impacting existing customers regularly). Their work for the most part is good, and the staff is friendly. I have complained several times about mold being in the seams of my shower that they have not been able to resolve (where others have prevented it). read more

I was so grateful that Ronnie was able to come out on such short notice! Our storm disposal overflowed last night and caused a huge mess in our kitchen. I was excited to use their services after reading the glowing reviews. Unfortunately, my experience with them was, to be blunt, a nightmare. First, the cleaning: they did a pretty decent job. My apartment had a ton of dust and cat hair and my bathroom was a mess. It was the smaller details that they missed: there was still dust on the windowsills, the bathroom towel rack and on the kitchen floor. Generally it was clean but considering it was an empty apartment, I'm confused as to why easily accessible areas weren't touched. Now, the reason for the low review. My cat was in the apartment and I let them know she was in there and to not leave the doors open. I come back home after they're done and my cat is gone. I call and ask if the cleaners left the doors open and I was assured on multiple calls that they did not. Ten harrowing days later, I finally find my cat outside after spending tons of money and time searching for her. They lied to me and did not fess up. If they had just said they forgot about my cat and left the doors open, I would at least have given them 3 stars. read more

I needed a local company to come give my apartment a complete deep clean because I just renewed my lease and wanted the place to feel new again. I contacted a lot of different cleaning companies via yelp and getting a lot of quotes but I finally decided to go with irie vibes because I liked how polite he was during our messages and he answered all my questions up front. I scheduled the cleaning for this past Friday. The owner showed up right on schedule and we walked through the apartment and haggled over the prices. Also, I realized that I'd worked with this company before 5 years ago when I needed an apartment cleaned for moving out. I had no clue it was called irie vibes. It was just a man and a woman and I think I even found them on Craigslist or something. Once I realised I'd worked with him before, it genuinely made me feel comfortable having him in my apartment. It's difficult as a woman to have a man in your apartment and not feel some kind of trepidation. But the owner was absolutely gentlemanly and polite, never did anything to make me feel uncomfortable which I appreciate. When I came back three hours later, my apartment was spotless. He cleaned out my fridge (it had food in it and he rearranged everything and I have so much more space in my freezer, honestly I wish it was empty so I could take pictures, it's so clean), he cleaned out my cabinet and lined up all my spices so I could clearly see them. I had some friends over that night and when they walked in they told me my apartment looked different. He dusted all the electronics, cleaned my fans. Seriously, my apartment was spotless. PRO : Good, simple, honest people. Although my out-of-state move turned into a mini event due to U-haul complications, Olga and Ronnie did their best to accommodate my needs. They price matched my move, helped me pack up the kitchen and some dining room furniture, and even cleaned my apartment after working tirelessly during hot weather. CON : They don't have a truck! (They rent u-hauls for moves) U-haul messed up our reservations, lied, deleted our reservations without authorization, and wasted 2 days of our time. U-haul customer service has no communication with stores, don't have supervisors, and don't have a complaint department; so they are a complete waste of time. FINAL VERDICT: Very hard-working, trustworthy, and friendly folks who truly give out good vibes ( or should I say "Irie Vibes" ) Olga and Ronnie were surprisingly kind and apologetic after their rude treatment. So after many many rescheduled appointments (on my behalf) I finally had them out. Now to my standards of clean, my floors and bathrooms needed some deep TLC. I do maintenance cleaning weekly but since the summer I haven't deeped clean with the windows open to air out. My master bathroom looks AMAZING! My kids bathroom looks brand new. And ALL the tile floors are so clean. They made sure I saw each room before they moved on to the next, asked if it was to my liking, and my house smells fresh, even with the heat outside. I got the keys to my new apartment at 7:30 pm and found it Absolutely filthy and not fit for move in. My movers were arriving the next Morning at 7am so I was desperately trying to find a company that offered late night cleaning. I called 7 "24/7" companies before calling Ronnie and Olga who answered immediately and stated they would be there in an hour and half. We recently moved to a new home. I decided to go with this company based on the reviews. However, my experience was not as pleasant as others. The home-cleaners showed up almost 2 1/2 hours later than promised. This was my first problem in the fact my time is not flexible. I was also 8 1/2 months pregnant and have two children under 6. While waiting in an empty home for them to arrive, I took a further look at what was needed. I had requested a deep cleaning for move in. I needed everything clean for my soon to be newborn and children. -ceiling fans were not dusted -shelves not wipes in closets or cabinets -baseboards where they meet floor were clean, but actual baseboard was not cleaned or dusted -kitchen definitely was neglected and cabinets not wiped down. Surface dirt still remained in crevices and on doors. -windows areas were not cleaned, nor dusted -shower and tubs in bathrooms did not appear to be wiped down -stove top and stove also were not wiped down -light switches were also not cleaned I ended up having to redo everything myself. What was left on my cleaning wipes and towels was proof it hadn't been done. If so, not enough or throughly. Dirt and grime! I then contacted them a week later. My fault, I should have called immediately. However, being almost due I didn't want to be even more stressed that day. They apologized, then offered to come back upon us moving in and dusting again. They even said dust can occur over a short period of time (a day or two)! No, this just isn't going to work. I gave them an opportunity to do the job correctly the first time. I have absolutely no intention of allowing them to return. I do not recommend this company. I recommend doing further research on any cleaning company. Now looking back, I'm not sure the reviews are entirely legitimate. Good luck! read more

This was my first time using a cleaning service and I am very impressed. Ronnie was able to squeeze me in on short notice. I did a moving in clean and love it. I can honestly say I feel better bringing my baby in this house now. I painted four rooms prior to him cleaning and my bath tub was horrible. I wish I had took a before picture. It was pink and blue everywhere. He made it spotless and got 99% of the paint out. He was very friendly and professional. He took his time and did everything I expected and more.
