He brought Jessica and her husband who did phenomenal work. They were even able to remove some hard water stains that I had been trying for years to remove (why hadn't I called them earlier?). Included in the cleaning was inside and outside the refrigerator and oven. Again, spotless work. They cleaned the entire house in a few hours and it looks brand new and smells fresh. I always make sure to call them before we have out of town visitors. I appreciate their attention to detail -- no item is too small to be wiped down or scrubbed up. They do an excellent job with our glass - the sliding outer doors and shower door. We have pets and I like that Right Choice really scrubs our tile floors clean. I try to keep our house clean on my own, but Right Choice does a better job than I can do myself. They are very responsive. They are flexible and willing to make an appointment around my schedule. When I call 477-8788 at night and leave a message, I always hear back from them the next morning. The workers at Right Choice are thorough and make me feel that I've gotten my money's worth.

I experienced several occasions where a scheduled appointment would be changed at the eleventh hour. In January, I was notified around midnight that my cleaning for the next morning would not occur. In February, I was notified once again but my scheduled appointment was honored and he actually mentioned that he thought he was fired. Something I didn't give much thought to until March when I received a message that the appointment booked about 2 weeks in advanced would need to be changed due to a scheduling conflict. The notification of course came around 10pm. Less than 12 hours before the expected appointments time. I asked why and the response was that he did not see the calendar until now. I thought about this and realized there is a lack of accountability here and a growing trend of unprofessionalism I no longer wished to condone. I hope they are able to recover from whatever is the cause of this and wish them the best of luck.

After explaining my concerns to Ronny (I could see that the ceiling fan was shaking) he told me that the fan just needed to be balanced but he wasn't sure how much that would cost to do. He guaranteed that the fan was safe, however. I suspected that this was not the case, and so I called our electrician to come out. It was revealed that instead of securing the fan with a box, Ronny's man screwed the fan into a piece of wood with cabinet screws, leaving the fan in danger of falling out any time it was turned on. We are getting the problem fixed now, but I cannot recommend this company for anything electrical. I reached out to Ronny after he left to tell him of my disappointment, even asking if there was a job that he did really well that he could do so that he can try to give me better representation of his company so I can leave a better review. He told me he would have another of his technicians call me but that was over a week ago and I have not heard from them. At this point, time is up and I must review him based on the info at hand - a poor, unsafe and now expensive job indeed.

The next day, I received an email receipt confirming my payment.The company then drafted the weekly service fee from my bank account 24 hours after I already paid. I immediately called spoke with General Manager Jesus. I was told the additional charge must have been authorized by me and that I could have to wait up to four business days for the charge to finalize before a refund could be issued, then potentially another four business days for the refund to reach my account. Frustrated by the duplicate charge and response, I posted my one-star review and requested the company not contact me again. Jesus then left me a voicemail stating that he was actually the person who initiated the additional draft, despite telling me during our initial conversation that I must have authorized it. Despite my request for no further contact, Business Development emailed me stating that the owner had refunded me through Zelle and asked me to consider updating my Google review if my concerns had been resolved. I informed them that I had received no Zelle payment and the charge had not been reversed. I was then told there had been "confusion": the co-owner, Raul Wong, had actually attempted to refund the $185 through Venmo from his personal account. I do not have Venmo. I never paid them through Venmo, provided a Venmo account, or requested a Venmo refund. I again explained that I simply wanted my money returned and to not contact me anymore. Raul emailed me directly, explaining that he used my name and phone number to send the Venmo payment. He ended his response with: "As far as im concerned this matter is closed and sorry you dont accept apologies, texts or voice mails." I paid my bill, was charged again afterward, received conflicting explanations about both the charge and refund, and an attempted refund was sent through a service I don't even have.
