Punctual. Reasonable price. I gave only 4 stars because they missed cleaning the pull out tray under the oven and it was filthy. (The owner offered to come back and clean it). The cabinet shelves were not scrubbed clean but rather only dusted. Other than that, everything else is satisfactory. read more

I spoke with Jose the owner and he was very quick to respond to my questions. I know it was tough for his cleaning team to get to my place in time because of holiday traffic. He was proactive in letting me know they would be late and gave me a reasonable time frame. The 3 of them got right to work and covered every corner of my house. They finished quicker than he anticipated but the quality was still there. When he asked me to walk around and do a quality check, I didn't realize I was making shoe marks on the freshly mopped tile. He had no issue re-mopping that area and even had the team sweep off the back patio whoch was full of leaves. They covered service with a smile and they covered quality service. I just had my 3 bedroom house cleaned by two ladies from Ready Set Maids and I am utterly satisfied. They did a deep cleaning work which was definitely needed after we moved in just a week ago. The whole task was completed in 2 hours and I simply could not find areas which might need any additional cleaning. It was a short notice to set it up in few days before Christmas which I originally thought could be a problem timing wise. They called in the morning that they could come in earlier and I gladly said it was ok. They arrived right on time and started to work. The cleaning staffs are very nice and cordial. Frankly the two ladies had done a great job exceeding my expectation. I would recommend Ready Set Maine's to anyone. I know for sure they are my Go To cleaning service need. I used this service after reading Yelp reviews and was impressed at the first visit. However, subsequent visits never met standard, and each time when I contacted Jose, I was met with ambivalence. He would offer an apology, then an excuse which basically rendered the apology useless. "They've been busy the whole week and you were their last house." (I actually got this excuse 2x). The last straw for me was when they left a bucket from the kitchen in the living room, left areas uncleaned, and very much rushed a job. I got a long response from Jose about how their "prices would be changing in 2018 so they could survive". I spoke with Jose, the owner, and he answered ALL my questions and was very courteous. They did a great job, very quick for the size house I had cleaned, and they were very thorough! They even moved a mattress I needed placed by the curb for trash pick-up. We did a move-out clean and it really came in handy later when the landlord did a walk through. Jose and his team are awesome! They come every week to clean my almost 3K sq ft home and complete the task in a timely manner because they are efficient, thorough, and hard workers. Just purely based on customer service this company deserved a bump up in rating. Seriously within an hour of my inital Yelp post, the company owner Jose contacted me and assured me they would come out to clean again. I didn't know that the company has a 200% guarantee on your satisfaction of their work. They did come back out within days, the owner personally apologized and assured me that they do not usually ever have unsatisfied customers and re-cleaned my home again and did a great job concentrating on making sure I was happy with their work.
