I spoke with Jose the owner and he was very quick to respond to my questions. I know it was tough for his cleaning team to get to my place in time because of holiday traffic. He was proactive in letting me know they would be late and gave me a reasonable time frame. The 3 of them got right to work and covered every corner of my house. They finished quicker than he anticipated but the quality was still there. When he asked me to walk around and do a quality check, I didn't realize I was making shoe marks on the freshly mopped tile. He had no issue re-mopping that area and even had the team sweep off the back patio whoch was full of leaves. They covered service with a smile and they covered quality service. What more can you ask for? I will be calling on their service in the future. read more

I needed a a deep cleaning ASAP and Jose was very responsive and got the job done on the same day! House looks spotless! Thank you so much!

Spoke to this service requesting a quote. Given that were only a few reviews as opposed to others and this was my first time trying a cleaning service, I inquired if they would offer to address an issue in case of dissatisfaction citing only a few reviews. I was taken aback with the owners response saying " how many reviews do you need to make you happy". I will certainly not be seeking them out. K read more

Punctual. Reasonable price. I gave only 4 stars because they missed cleaning the pull out tray under the oven and it was filthy. (The owner offered to come back and clean it). The cabinet shelves were not scrubbed clean but rather only dusted. Other than that, everything else is satisfactory. read more

I used their move-out service for the second time and they did a fabulous job cleaning the house I was renting. Jose was flexible on the service and time I needed the house to be cleaned. Will definitely used their services again for a good clean out of our next house. read more

I just had my 3 bedroom house cleaned by two ladies from Ready Set Maids and I am utterly satisfied. They did a deep cleaning work which was definitely needed after we moved in just a week ago. The whole task was completed in 2 hours and I simply could not find areas which might need any additional cleaning. It was a short notice to set it up in few days before Christmas which I originally thought could be a problem timing wise. They called in the morning that they could come in earlier and I gladly said it was ok. They arrived right on time and started to work. The cleaning staffs are very nice and cordial. Frankly the two ladies had done a great job exceeding my expectation. I would recommend Ready Set Maine's to anyone. I know for sure they are my Go To cleaning service need. They really live up to what all other good reviews I read from Yelp. Great! read more

With one day's notice, Cleaning Maids Houston provided excellent service. They brought multiple people in to thoroughly and efficiently to clean my two bedroom apartment in record time, and I was impressed by their attention to detail. I hired them for move-out services and my landlord was very pleased. They were running a bit late and gave me a call to notify me of their anticipated arrival time (which I appreciated). read more

Cleaning Maids Houston is great. The owner is fantastic. They were extremely friendly, and I felt very good about having them in my home. They are willing to go the extra mile and will take on any task. I had a vent where the exterior was awful, and he asked me for a screwdriver so he could remove and it thoroughly clean it. Before they left they asked me if I saw anything that needed more time. I definitely would use them again! read more

I spoke with Jose, the owner, and he answered ALL my questions and was very courteous. They did a great job, very quick for the size house I had cleaned, and they were very thorough! They even moved a mattress I needed placed by the curb for trash pick-up. We did a move-out clean and it really came in handy later when the landlord did a walk through. The house wasn't THAT clean when we moved into it, so I got my full deposit back. I was very pleased with the ability to pay via Paypal, I find it more convenient than traditional methods and very forward thinking for small companies such as this. Overall AMAZING job, GREAT customer service, and AWESOME attention to detail. Thank you again Cleaning Maids Houston! read more

I used this service after reading Yelp reviews and was impressed at the first visit. However, subsequent visits never met standard, and each time when I contacted Jose, I was met with ambivalence. He would offer an apology, then an excuse which basically rendered the apology useless. "They've been busy the whole week and you were their last house." (I actually got this excuse 2x). The last straw for me was when they left a bucket from the kitchen in the living room, left areas uncleaned, and very much rushed a job. I got a long response from Jose about how their "prices would be changing in 2018 so they could survive". Save your time and money for a more efficient service and employees who take pride in their work... This company isn't it!! read more

Just purely based on customer service this company deserved a bump up in rating. Seriously within an hour of my inital Yelp post, the company owner Jose contacted me and assured me they would come out to clean again. I didn't know that the company has a 200% guarantee on your satisfaction of their work. They did come back out within days, the owner personally apologized and assured me that they do not usually ever have unsatisfied customers and re-cleaned my home again and did a great job concentrating on making sure I was happy with their work. This is definitely some of the best customer service I've experienced from a company in a long time! Even if your a crazy obsessive person like me lol you can still appreciate giving your business to this company. Thanks Cleaning Maids Houston! read more

Jose and his team are awesome! They come every week to clean my almost 3K sq ft home and complete the task in a timely manner because they are efficient, thorough, and hard workers. My floors have never looked so good than when they are finished each week. Jose is always communicative about when his team will arrive if they are running behind due to another job they had. We love that they can invoice you digitally as well, so you don't have to worry about writing a check each time either--a great convenience to my fiance and me both. I highly recommend Cleaning Maids Houston. You won't be disappointed! read more

I have engaged Jose and his team several times for deep cleaning. They are professional, get things done efficiently.

I had called this company based on all the reviews I had read. I have become tired of the same situation of hiring someone to clean my place and then it just doesn't work out. Jose and his team came today and I'm so pleased with the results. It's exactly as I had read in the reviews and I've finally found a reliable and work conscious company. Great people, thorough cleaning and I feel well worth the money. read more

I had Cleaning Maids come out a do a deep clean of my new home and they did a great job... they were a bit late in arriving, but they stayed until the job was completed. They did a wonderful job making our new home shine. They were committed to doing a good job with a pleasant attitude. They even cleaned the front entrance (outside the door) when we asked them if they could. I am very impressed with their service and their commitment to quality.
