I experienced several occasions where a scheduled appointment would be changed at the eleventh hour. In January, I was notified around midnight that my cleaning for the next morning would not occur. In February, I was notified once again but my scheduled appointment was honored and he actually mentioned that he thought he was fired. Something I didn't give much thought to until March when I received a message that the appointment booked about 2 weeks in advanced would need to be changed due to a scheduling conflict. The notification of course came around 10pm. Less than 12 hours before the expected appointments time. I asked why and the response was that he did not see the calendar until now. I thought about this and realized there is a lack of accountability here and a growing trend of unprofessionalism I no longer wished to condone. I hope they are able to recover from whatever is the cause of this and wish them the best of luck.

The stove and oven were nice and clean but they also weren't that dirty to begin with. Not a single AC vent cover was touched (only 3 in the house), master tub seemed to be completely skipped as there was hair and small specs all over it, the tile that surrounds the tub as well (see pics of bottle rings on tile around tub), there was an obvious spot on kitchen floor that was not touched (see pics). The sponge in the pics, is me wiping baseboards after they were done. After paying over $300 for a professional deep move out cleaning, my former landlord is charging me additional $ for these things that were skipped (pics provided) and I can't really blame them. Overall, I would not use or recommend Crown Cleaning Co. which is sad because Linda was very nice.

I've had Westpaqhealth come to the house once a month to clean the upstairs for a little over a…read moreyear now. I usually communicate with their reps over the phone and it's been very positive. Sometimes I reach them, but they always call me back if I don't. They send a schedule out ahead of time. They are always very competent and communicate well as far as any needed changes in the schedule. In about 13 times that I've had them, there was just one time when I wasn't happy with the way they had cleaned the bathroom floor. I called and they offered to reduce my cost for cleaning the next time they came, so that was fine. I really appreciate that the cleaners come in a pair. There's a little more quality control that way. I also appreciate that I am dealing with a service rather than individuals working on their own because if someone is ill or if there is a problem with scheduling, it's not my concern to give up my cleaning day. Westpaqhealth works that out and they always come. They're more expensive than having someone come in that's not associated with a service, but it's not a turnoff for me. Overall, I'm very pleased with them.

Anthony was professional, communicative and collaborative to work toward meeting our needs. As expected, it took a couple weeks to get into a groove because each studio had its own specific needs. We had a point person to communicate directly with Anthony and the crew sent out so that we could work out all the kinks and details. I recommend putting a clear cut list together of what the expectations are so nothing is missed, especially if it's a bigger, unique job. Given the nature of our business and the quantity of sweaty bodies in our studios day in and out, it was so helpful to have Office Shines as a consistent, deep clean team on top of what we already did hour-by-hour to keep our studios clean.

Photo Finish Janitorial and Carpet Cleaning is the exception. They are phenomenal! In college, I cleaned carpets - during the summer - using a truck-mounted steam cleaner. I know what good equipment and service looks like. Portable units are trash, and don't come close to the superior suction of a truck-mounted unit, nor can they generate the heat (approx. 180 degrees Fahrenheit) that is needed to properly steam clean carpets. Steve Brown, owner, demonstrated flexibility by scheduling a same day carpet cleaning appointment for me. He was punctual and did an outstanding job on my berber carpeted stairs. The ability to suction up the excess water, so that you're not left with over-saturated carpet and padding is an art that takes time and experience. Mr. Brown rose to the occasion. This was my first experience with the Company, and the beginning of a long-term customer relationship. I enthusiastically recommend Photo Finish Janitorial.
