I used them just once - expected a lot since this was a referral. They were responsive pre-appt,…read moreflexible with changes, and punctual. Overall, they did a decent job. I was looking forward to taking them on long-term. Not happy with how they handled the cleaning; lots of noise, clatter, dropped things (luckily, I don't have any fragile stuff). Worse still, they caused 4 of my "window shade support bars" to fall - they put back one but did not even inform me of 2 others. What bothered me (they can be put back with some effort) was that 4 of them dropped; seems to be carelessness as I've had housekeeping services for many years now without problems. What upset me most was the ZERO RESPONSE when I raised this; I wanted them to be aware and be more careful / gentle in future. I should have held the payment, and got them to acknowledge my complaint first - instead, I paid on completion and got ZERO RESPONSE. Thomas

Based on the cleaning alone, I would have given 4 or even 5 stars. However, after the service, I discovered that a $50 Amazon gift card--received at our baby shower and kept in the same spot for weeks--was missing. The only time it could have gone missing was during the cleaning, as the workers were the last people in our home before we noticed it was gone. I brought this concern to the owner, but unfortunately, there was no resolution--only denial because of the trust she had in her worker's word after asking them about it. While I understand that situations like this can be difficult, but the lack of accountability was disappointing. I didn't want to leave a negative review, but the absence of any attempt to make things right doesn't sit well with me.

The Sugarland location sent Blanca and another house cleaner to my home, and Christopher gave me a…read morediscount by matching the price with another business I was going to hire. In addition, due to Chinese New Year, I needed the house cleaned the next day, which they worked out a time slot to do for me (Christopher responded within 1/2 hour and right after I was about to sign with another company). The women made every effort to make sure the areas I needed cleaning were scrubbed and wiped of dust, dirt, and grime. They wiped the window blinds, the exterior of cabinets, refrigerator and oven, and they mopped the floors and corners clean. Blanca checked with me to make sure I was satisfied or if I had more concerns (after they cleaned each area) = total of 2 hours. There was a spot they did not dust or mop upstairs, but I let it go because they wiped and cleaned other areas I did not ask for. The only question I have is "Where is my swifter?" because it disappeared from the restroom. Also, I would prefer they empty dirty water from the living room floor into the toilet and not my kitchen sink and they should not refill their bucket to wipe the floor by use of the kitchen sink. There is a faucet and hose outside the front door to refill their bucket and a grate on the street to empty out dirty water, so using my kitchen sink was not appreciated. The reason the review has 5 stars is because Christopher acquiesced my request and charged me days after my Lunar New Year, which I'm truly grateful for, and he gave me a discount as a first time client. That's great business ethics for you!
