Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the initial communication and set up was good. The service is where the issues arise. - Left the front door to the house unlocked after initial cleaning. - the quoted services were not completed as listed but were charged. - blame was placed on the customer in an unprofessional manner when some of the quoted services that were not completed were brought to their attention - no communication regarding the services that were charged but not completed. I worked with Anthony in setting up their services for the YogaOne/YogaWorks studios in Houston in 2017 (I left shortly after they began services and if I'm not mistaken, they continued with the studios through 2020). Anthony was professional, communicative and collaborative to work toward meeting our needs. As expected, it took a couple weeks to get into a groove because each studio had its own specific needs. We had a point person to communicate directly with Anthony and the crew sent out so that we could work out all the kinks and details. I recommend putting a clear cut list together of what the expectations are so nothing is missed, especially if it's a bigger, unique job. My couches were horrible to look at with so many stains. Office shines was able to give me a quote the same day and I got an appointment for the next day. Compared to 4 other companies I asked for a quote, Office Shines was the most affordable. They were over an hour late and said it was because they input the wrong address three times! They did leave my couches super clean and looking new though. read more

I am giving this business a 1, not for the quality of work, but for their lack of customer relationship. I scheduled an appointment with office shines 2 weeks ago to get a move in clean, they said they needed to inspect the space before providing a final quote. We arranged a day and time for the appointment and I was all ready to go. I left work early the day of the appointment to make sure that I would be home within the window that they had provided me. Two hours outside the window, they were no show, no doorbell ring and no call from anyone with an explanation, so I sent them a message saying "I guess you will not be showing up today", I got a response immediately and they said they would send someone shortly. Another two hours later (now a total of 4 hours), someone FINALLY showed up and it was the Account Executive (name intentionally left off). The account executive was very polite, apologized for being late and assessed the place and told me I would get a quote the following day (this was a Friday), two weeks later an I am still waiting on that quote. I can understand that businesses get busy, people forget, etc... but what sets aside a good business and a great business is not just the quality of work but also good customer relationship and unfortunately this did not cut it. read more

When she arrived, she greeted me with joy, although she got a little lost finding me, although it can be confusing, she made it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND- I hired them for several services. They were over 2 1/2 hours late the first day, The ladies were really nice and the cleaning was ok. The second day I had the carpets cleaned and the exterior windows washed, the carpet cleaning was good BUT my just cleaned tile floor and baseboards were left a MESS!! So that was a waste of money, they should have scheduled the carpet cleaning first.. The exterior windows look absolutely horrible. I complained and they gave me a discount on the windows. They look so bad that I should not have been charged at all for the windows and should have received a discount on the carpeting. I would not recommend using them. Office Shines did a wonderful job with my place. I asked for a deep cleaning and as soon as I walked in the door I could tell the difference right away. They took the time to move things out of the way to reach the hard spots, cleaned out my cabinets and entertainment centers, made my bathroom shine like it was brand new again, all the way up to making up my bed.
