Update: The outcome of the larger project completed by Eco Modern for us was of very confusing quality at best and made us question how billable hours were used by the three people at our home for nearly 8 hours. When you are paying nearly $300 per hour for organization systems to be set up, why would you want an outcome of numerous plastic grocery bags meticulously folded into triangles? That is part of the puzzling outcome we received along with nicely organized spices among other things. In other areas, top drawers were organized logically while bottom drawers were so jam packed with items that we could not open the drawers. I could go on with the questionable outcomes. We addressed them directly and politely with the owner, Amy Vance, during and after her and her team's visit. She did not seem to grasp that the work was incomplete and deflected. We followed up with a nuanced, respectful e-mail. Amy offered 30 minutes on a different day to return and try to correct the issues. Scheduling, travel, and other commitments made coordinating such a visit impossible for us, but we appreciated the gesture. We did not, however, appreciate the inappropriately emotional nature of her response. The work was helpful to an extent but in the end felt like a money grab and did not align with the quality of work done in their prior smaller projects for us by Eco Modern. Every business has bad days but this outcome was really frustrating as we are very busy. The whole experience defeated the purpose of hiring an organizer we thought was professional. We wish them well but have removed Eco Modern from our trusted vendors. read more

Eco Modern Concierge - Does this look like an organizing system to you? Yeah, I would not pay anyone to fold plastic bags into perfect triangles either... - Home Organization Near Me

Amy and team were great to work with beginning to end! I am currently pregnant and needed some help transitioning my son's closet to allow for toy storage, the nursery closet into baby ready, and our master closet into a more functional space. Amy was super helpful providing multiple options for products to best utilize each space. Once she and her team arrived, they quickly got to work and created organization magic! We are absolutely loving the master closet and I feel so relieved to have the nursery closet ready for when baby arrives. Will absolutely work with them again when the need arises. read more

Eco Modern organized 2 closets for us. The whole process was so easy. They even fit me in quickly from the waitlist during a very busy time for them. Vicki came to the house and got everything done in one afternoon. It was a huge relief to get the closets organized, and now I don't feel like stress crying whenever I go into the guest closet. Huge win for my house! read more

Amy and her team are absolutely wonderful. I first used her services whenever I was super pregnant and moved into my new home 4 years ago. Then, I called her in a panic when my new home flooded 16 months later. I was traveling and had to completely move out of my home before the end of the weekend. It sounds like a nightmare but Amy and her team came to my rescue! From there they moved me 4 more times between hotels and rental homes and I couldn't have gotten through it without them. There is so much thought and planning that goes into what she does, and she executes it every time. Most recently, she came in and installed shelf liner throughout my home and that has been a huge improvement in keeping my spaces clean and organized. All of the people that I have referred her to for big moves or small projects have been so happy with her work and I know you will be too. read more

I first used Eco Modern Concierge after Hurricane Harvey flooded my house. Amy Vance the owner was a life saver and made a terrible situation that was overwhelming into an organized approach to restoring order and improving our process to recover from our loss. When I asked her to help organize what was remaining of our belongings that were just piled randomly in plastic tubs she sprang into action. She systematically helped me go through everything and organized what I kept. I will always be grateful for her expertise and help. Since Harvey I have had her help me organize various projects at my house and always have her put up and take down my Christmas decorations. This has made the holidays so enjoyable and stress free. Amy and her staff provide a service that is valuable and cost effective. read more

A MIRACLE happened in my closet! Actually, Amy was the magic fairy who created order from chaos. For my birthday, our adult children gifted me with 3 hours of time with Amy Vance of eco modern concierge. I prepped by weeding through boxes of too-long-ago stored items so we could deal with the clothes. Amy helped with a plan to organize by section/color/clothes type (t shirts/blouses/skirts/pants/etc.) the final product is AMAZING. My closet has NEVER looked this good! Amy is terrific to work with, had great suggestions & even took my donations to a local charity. Goodbye clutter! What a great feeling! A terrific gift, it provided the momentum I needed to tackle this task. If you have a spot that needs some organization (think closet, office, kitchen, kids' playroom) you will NOT regret calling Amy! read more

One of the best services I've ever used and such a value for her capabilities. Amy and her team were instrumental during our cross country move. She independently and expertly coordinated all the moving parts including managing movers and packing, clearing out old furnitures and items we no longer needed, and coordinating various services to ensure the house was in excellent shape after the move, all while I was in another state. We worked via Facetime and it could not have gone more smoothly. I cannot sing her praises enough. She's sharp, knowledgable, detail-oriented, and dedicated. Fantastic. read more

Sometimes you just need to call in the professionals no matter how organized you are. That was my case. I maximized my small office space but wasn't completely happy with it and needed another set of eyes. Not only did Brittney make a very helpful and immediate change (one that I didn't even see), she then provided me with a list of products to help maximize my drawer space even more. I have more room to work and it is less cluttered. Money well spent. read more

Amy is absolutely incredible! She was referred to me by a good friend of mine, and I am SO thankful for that recommendation! She totally transformed several of our spaces into clean, beautifully organized areas. She helped us with our master closet, pantry, kitchen/bar area, and our daughter's closet. I never imagined these spaces could look as spectacular as they do now. Amy is very talented in what she does, and it has been such a pleasant experience working with her. Amy and her team were amazing and helped me when I moved to a new home, they helped organize my kitchen, pantry, laundry room, and master bathroom and closet in a short amount of time and everything was perfect. I did not have to do anything! They came with plenty of storage supplies that were perfect and no need for me to do any shopping. I have never seen a kitchen or closet look more perfect! I would still be in boxes and in a mess had they not been able to help me. Can not recommend them enough! It's like they just know what to do and did not have to be micromanaged or watched after at all! read more

I can't say enough about Eco-Modern Concierge and, in particular, owner Amy Mayfield. She is, without a doubt, the most efficient strategic organizer I have ever met. She has this amazing ability to look past the clutter and mess, and see all that's possible with any space. What would take me months to do a little at a time, Amy gets done in half a day. I've never seen anything like it. Not only is she an absolute genius at what she does, but she's also one of the most kind, honest people I know. Her talent is only surpassed by her integrity. Do yourself a favor -- hire her! Whether you just need a little help sorting through papers, files and objects -- or you need an on-demand personal assistant, Amy is up to the task, and then some! read more

Amy is amazing! We moved out of state and subsequently sold our fully-furnished house. Amy handled all of the packing and moving, including engaging with multiple specialists for our varied art pieces. She walked us through the house and garage with video several times to identify and confirm what to store, send, donate or trash. She sent a number of boxes to us, documented everything with photos and just did a complete thorough, professional job. We could not be more pleased. read more

Amy, the founder of Eco Modern Concierge is incredible and a total life saver. I travel a significant amount for work and am out of town more than I'm in town. I've worked with Amy for over two years and she has greatly improved my quality of life. She helps me stay on top of things in my personal life that otherwise would fall through the cracks given my work and travel schedule. From running errands like dry cleaning, groceries and going to the post office, to organizing my office, consolidating bills and even planning parties -- Amy does it all. She is proactive and even remembers birthdays of friends I like to send flowers to! What's more impressive still, is her attitude. She is honest, trustworthy and treats everyone she works with professionally. She is extremely efficient, communicates well and is the definition of organized. I cannot say enough good things about her and it really is hard to imagine my life "pre-Amy". She is truly spectacular and am grateful what what she brings to my life. read more
