Was able to get Phil's pressure wash to come out and pressure wash my pool and back yard. Did a great job will use them again.

Wow! My house sparkles again! After this hot and dry July and August the house was dusty and full of cobwebs. The guys came out promptly and were quick and efficient. Such a polite group who cleans the house and windows with a smile. Will definitely have them back in the spring! read more

Had a great experience today and wanted to give a shoutout to Phil's Pressures Washing. Saw him working on our company building and stopped to chat for a bit--super friendly guy and clearly takes pride in his work. The results speak for themselves, everything looked great when he was done. We talked Rockets for a bit--he said they've got zero chance to come back but he's still hopeful, which gave me a laugh. Good conversation and even better service. All in all, awesome job. Would definitely recommend! read more

Showed up to my house unannounced while my husband was gone and I was home alone with the kids. We never made an appointment for them to come out--he had been texting us to schedule but we never replied. He then sent my husband this completely unhinged text message. This man is obviously mentally unwell and potentially dangerous. Who acts like this? read more

Window cleaning service date was not confirmed with business owner and he sent a crew out anyways. Apparently a common theme given the other reviews posted here. The text exchange says it all. Give your money to a business who deserves it. read more

Called to solicit service due to job he did years prior when I tried to explain that our experience wasn't the best and tried to tell the story where he left a mess on our drive way he hung up on me before I could even finish talking. Zero customer service during job. Zero customer service over the phone. read more

I can't recommend Phil and his crew enough! From the first call to the finished job, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They pressure washed my driveway, and I was honestly amazed at how great it turned out it looks brand new. I have used Phil in the past and job was ok. I decided not to use them moving forward. Every 6 Mos or so, I get a call from Phil stating that he wanting to come out and do my windows. I politely stated that I no longer needed his service. He then hangs up. He consistently calls and I advise the same. He just hangs up . Very unprofessional. Definitely will not use them again. read more

Leo's crew came to my house to clean the gutters out due to the super tall trees. The flat surfaces were absolutely filthy and he did a great job removing the black mold with the surface cleaner. Really appreciate it! And please come back in 12 months to do this. read more

Way to go Phil! Great service from a great guy. I will be using him again in the future.

If you're looking to support a business with incredibly disrespectful owners, this is the place for you. They had cleaned my windows several times and previously added my patio and driveway without prior discussion. When I received a reminder for window cleaning, I assumed that's all they would be doing. However, when the owner called for payment, I was surprised to see the additional services again. I expressed my frustration multiple times about the lack of upfront communication, but instead of acknowledging the issue, he just kept insisting I was getting a "good deal." After paying, I told him to cancel my future services. That should have been the end of it--right? Nope! They proceeded to call me **11 times in a row**, which is beyond unprofessional. And to top it off, they even sent me a middle finger emoji via text. Consider this your warning--don't just walk away from this company, **run!** read more

Beware! Phil is known to berate/scream expletives and scam people in Bellaire/West U/Rice area. He is unethical, dishonest and very aggressive. Will harass you to pay for services not even done - even calls from various numbers. Even with jobs completed, more times than not they are done halfway. Cross check Next door for all the real reviews! read more

If I could give them a negative rating, I would. This company was washing windows down the street from us and the owner came to our door soliciting business. I waved at him through the door and told him we weren't interested. He proceeded to ring the doorbell a second time and I opened the door and told him he could ring the bell as many times as he'd like but the answer was still no. He proceeded to intentionally kick over and break a $200+ flower pot and took off. All on camera and in the hands of the Constable. If you can't handle the word "no", you have no business being in business. read more

Phil's mom must be really proud of him. I called him requesting a quote. He gave me a quote and we agreed to make contact to schedule an appointment. Three days later he has a crew at my house. I told his crew that this was not what Phil and I discussed. Phil calls me and I told him this was not what he and I discussed. He proceeded to talk back to me and patronize me. I told him I did not have time for this and hung up on him and blocked his number. he called me from another number and told me "I was a fucking piece of shit and we were done." I called the Bellaire Police Department. They said they would be on the look for him and if he ever came back to tell them and they would come to my house. You make the decision who you want to come to your house! read more

Phil's crew showed up twice at my house without scheduling or warning. When I said I was going to use a different service provider, he proceeded to yell at me on the phone and curse me out. Called me a 'loser' who 'nobody likes' and told me to 'crawl back into whatever hole I crawled out of.' Easily the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider. Serious anger issues here, do not get involved with this guy. read more

I would highly recommend Phil's Pressure washing service. He does our home twice a year and has done an exceptional job for over 5 years now. Power washes our home, driveway and patios. Washes all windows and cleans out all gutters. Very professional service. Five star service!! read more

Very aggressive with scheduling, will not listen to your needs and is demanding about doing service because "they have a crew in your area." You can easily find a contractor that is nicer and listens to customers. In short, extremely pushy and practices the customer is never right approach. Hire at your own risk. read more

I received notice that cleaning was due on May 13 and that the time proposed would NOT work for us. Phil offered by text a different time and then called me offering to come at 8 AM on May 12. I said I would have to check with my wife about that time but if he could not accommodate our schedules then I might get someone else. During the phone call he became very agitated and proceed to use the F*** word repeatedly. He called me a F*****G old man and would not let me get a word in edge-wise. He seems to have anger issues BIG TIME! I would caution you to use this service if you have to deal with Phil! read more
