When I called and first booked, I spoke to Diego and gave a heads up of our situation. My mom is very sick and I mentioned that we needed to do a deep clean on the house due to her cronic breathing issues. After everything was all said and done, we had an appointment on the day my mom was coming back home at 1pm. We arranged the ambulance to take her from the hospital to home and prepare to clean at that time (as we had no choice) and had set her up in another chair that was more challenging for her to sit in until the cleaners were done with that section of the house. THEY SHOWED UP 2 HOURS LATE. I ended up texting Usama asking what time the cleaners would come. If i didn't ask I would have never known they were coming 2 hours late!!! That means my mom would have to be in the chair for an additional set of hours. Fast forward the girls come, they were about to leave after two hours when they were supposed to be here 4 to 4 and a half hours.(time paid) I had to stop them before leaving and asked why they didn't even touch the big master bathroom. This was after we were going back and forth arguing about my mom having to get up because they mentioned that the floors would get dirty if they cleaned that room last. So we had to move my very sick mother into the living room so we can cater to their needs which infuriates me after thinking about it more. Especially since they ended up cleaning that area last anyways because they missed the entire master bathroom!! I checked around the house and there was dust all over the pictures and on top of surfaces everywhere. The poorest cleaning job I have ever seen in my life. And something that me and my family really needed due to my mom's condition. We asked why they didn't clean the ceiling fan and the cleaner answered, stating that they did not have the equipment to clean what was needed. I also noticed one of the workers seemed sick. And I saw her wipe her nose with one of the towels she was cleaning with and then began cleaning the kitchen surfaces. (On camera) I was so disgusted and angry that if I were to have said something I woukd have gotten into a fight. Disgusting and sloppy work on their end. My dad asked if either one of them felt sick to please let us know because my mom's is so sick herself. So the fact that I saw that really put me over the edge on top of a poor ass job. I called and spoke to Usama infuriated and told him the story. He kept offering to provide a redo of services even though I mentioned to him several times that my mom cannot be around the fumes in the same room. (Thus, another reason why we needed her in another room while cleaning). He kept asking if I wanted a redo and I kept saying no, until I just gave up and said, I'll call him back. A deep cleaning nightmare that led us nowhere and a few hundred dollars short with snot residue on the counters! read more

I just cannot recommend. It was a trial cleaning... turned one-time cleaning. They called it "deep cleaning" and it was NOT. I did not feel they made efficient use of the time in my home. I immediately chose I would not use them again and I cannot recommend. read more

I was really excited to try Magnificent Cleaning, because they have incredible reviews on Google and Yelp. However, I didn't have the best experience. Starting off with the good - booking the service was simple and efficient. They were even able to accommodate a booking the very next day. I booked a service for a new house move-in clean - and they had 2 options: pay hourly for 2 cleaners (3 hour minimum) or pay for a full move-in clean service. The hourly option worked better for me, because I wanted to prioritize a few areas, and skip others. Pricing seemed to be competitive - so in combination with the good reviews, I decided to give them a try. They told me to text them a priority areas, which I did and confirmed receipt. We really wanted them to prioritize the kitchen, with the first item listed being the stove. The cleaners were prompt to arrive and friendly. They seemed to be busy the whole time, but the cleaning itself wasn't the best. Unfortunately, they couldn't see the priority list that I had communicated, so I walked them through it when they came. Again, noting the kitchen to be the priority - and pointing out the stove, vent, ovens. At the end of the cleaning, it was apparent that they didn't clean the cast iron grates on the stove, and didn't remove them to clean the stainless steel underneath it. They let me know that that takes time, and they recommended for me to get Easy Off to clean it. Super frustrating to hear that given that's why I paid for the service. It was also clear that the counters weren't wiped down at all - there was a layer of dust on the counters. They did a decent job on the floors and bathrooms, but didn't address obvious areas that could have been cleaned around baseboards in those areas. They also dusted and wiped down the blinds after doing floors, which seems counterintuitive. Overall, not a service I'd use again. read more

Young, inexperienced staff! Ruined wax on wood floors and broke the tracking on my plantation shutters:( I would have tried to work w/them but girls tried to "hide" the damage to the shutters! Easy to book, easy to schedule. Cleaners were just ok. I had to go behind them to get the spots off the shower glass, spots off the mirrors, spots off the floor. They didn't clean the vents over the stove after I paid almost $700 for a move out clean. read more

The ladies that took care of us did an amazing job. I was a bit skeptical because my area was a bit tight and crowded but the aftermath blew me away. We had a move in cleaning for our rental property. The place is 1500 square feet and after 5.5 hours, there were still three rooms, the cleaners hadn't gotten to. I had emphasized baseboards and walls needed to be cleaned so we could paint, but I am pretty sure none of them were done. I got a free 4 hours added on when I complained but still, after 9.5 hours, our 1500 sf house wasn't clean. Also, there was nothing in it. Completely empty - just floors, appliances and fixtures. Anyway, $500 and 9.5 hours later, house was still not fully clean. Kitchen looked great and bathrooms were fine. One of the toilet seats broke, but not sure if that was prior tenant or cleaner when they removed it to do the toilet bowl. They said it would've taken another 2 hours if I wanted to pay to finish the house. Will not be hiring this company again. read more

I was trying out cleaners for the first time. I probably did not communicate as well as I should have. I did expect it to be quick, and thorough cleaning without cobwebs left on light fixture/ceiling fan, or the same dirt on floor after supposed sweeping and mopping. I didn't expect my bathroom products to be rearranged, my personal papers to be moved and important needed documents to be put into a box of filed papers. It just wasn't a fit for me. read more
