Cleaning up after someone else is a tough job, but you couldn't tell from the experience we had with Deep Clean Houston.
I was in a pinch and needed a thorough home cleaning last minute (like less than 24 hours). I went through Yelp to request estimates from multiple businesses. The majority of them weren't available on Sundays or just too pricey. I had lost hope, until I received a call from AJ with Deep Clean Houston.
AJ is the owner of the establishment. From the moment he called me, he was extremely professional, courteous, polite and empathetic. He could sense my urgency to have someone clean our home quickly and he accommodated our request even though the hours I needed him were technically not working hours for his business.
AJ arrived at our home punctually, had a great personality and maintained the professionalism I got over the phone. He did a walkthrough of my home with me and asked for preferences on how we wanted things cleaned, organized, etc. I was worried for him because he was about to tackle a 3300 square foot home alone, but he wasn't intimidated by it at all. After his assessment, we tried to stay out of his way to let him do his thing.
The cleaning was thorough, precise and detailed even though this was only a standard cleaning. It did take him about 6 hours to finish but I knew he was trying to make a good first impression and he also was by himself. My house literally had a makeover and it was very impressive. He brought all of his own supplies and didn't need any help once he got started.
