As promised, I want ro let everyone know how fantastic this company is. They clean carpet using a very human and pet friendly method. Brock assisted us with this process last Thursday. Brock thoroughly explained the process, made recommendations and was very timely in completing the process. He was super friendly and cleaned the heck out of our carpet. When he finished, he informed us that we had another 10 years left on it. We will continue to use Aquatec and will recommend their services to all of our family and friends.

An individual from Healthy Air Duct first came out to my home to do an extensive inspection both inside all the air ducts, return air system and the bottom half of my chimney. He also went outside on my roof to inspect the top of my chimney and see if it also needed to be resealed. My husband was satisfied with the quote and was ready to schedule a date for Healthy Air Duct to come clean the ducts and chimney. When the crew arrived on the date agreed upon they got to work right a way it took six hours for them to do everything which they even cleaned my dryer vent. The crew was polite and very professional. I have a two year warranty with my service and it was even suggested that they return in a year to check to see if the ducting & chimney will need to be cleaned. We have dogs - walking mess makers - and we have Burke come out about once a year to undo the dirt and grime that living our life creates. They arrive on time, take the steps to ensure their hoses don't damage our painted walls or trim, they're detailed, efficient, and most importantly, do a fantastic job at a fair price. I can't say if they're the "cheapest" - they do very, very good work and for the time, care, and effort they put in, I think their charges are very reasonable. I can't tell you how disgusted (but pleased) I am with the murky coloured filth they pull out of our floors every year. The carpets look brand new every time they come out. The grout and tiles are restored to their original cream & grey colour every time. We have always been pleased, that's why we call them again, and again, and again to come into our home and undo a year's worth of ick and mess, and they do it with professionalism and attention to detail that is sorely lacking from folks today. Over the years the folks doing the work at Burke have changed, but everyone over the years has been excellent. Stephen (or maybe Steven? Apologies, I asked his name but didn't ask how it was spelled) was our technician yesterday. He was FANTASTIC. He's actually the reason I felt a sense of shame at our oversight for not reviewing Burke sooner. He was delightful to work with; an extremely hard worker who was here from 8:30 am to after 7pm, making sure everything was done, and done well. The extended hours were due to one of his nozzles breaking - he worked diligently all day - we were so impressed at his work ethic - but to address the nozzle issue, he left, went back to the shop to get another nozzle, came right back, and went right back to work. He could have easily asked to come back and finish another day since it was past quitting time, but he stayed late and did everything, paying attention to the details, working on stains until they came up, doing everything on the work order & completing it better than we could have imagined. We just can't say enough good things about Burke Carpet Cleaning, and technician Stephen, in particular. I'm embarrassed that after all these repeat business transactions that we waited so long to give public kudos where they were definitely due. We are more than happy to sing Burke Carpet Cleaning's praises, with special kudos to technician Stephen. His excellent work ethic and attention to detail were the highlight of our experience.

Rainbow stored boxes of different items in the upstairs of my house after the downstairs flooded. I found food in many boxes. Rats also found those boxes and were feeding of them. They denied it and cost me more than $2,000.00 in damages and pest control. Then they lost furniture placed into their custody. I don't know how they are going to deny it since I have the list of items that they themselves prepared. I will have to sue them for my missing furniture because they have not reached out to let me know they are going to compensate me for my lost property. I will update you on how this went.
