Included in the cleaning was inside and outside the refrigerator and oven. Again, spotless work. They cleaned the entire house in a few hours and it looks brand new and smells fresh. They do an excellent job with our glass - the sliding outer doors and shower door. We have pets and I like that Right Choice really scrubs our tile floors clean. I try to keep our house clean on my own, but Right Choice does a better job than I can do myself. They are very responsive. They are flexible and willing to make an appointment around my schedule. First of all, person assigned to cleaning my house showed up over 2 hours late. Almost 3 hours late - in the afternoon. I told her to just do the regular cleaning as it was too late and we had to leave to go somewhere that evening. She said that would not be a problem. In the next day or so, I received the invoice for the deep clean amount. I immediately emailed Royal Cleaning and explained the situation. I received an email back stating that they would issue another invoice with the correct amount. Never received the correct invoice, but I did receive two more emails/reminders with the original amount. I replied back both instances stating it was not correct. Never received a response again. Nor did they answer when called. Over a month later, they charged my card the amount for the deep clean. Despite stating they would send the invoice with the corrected amount. I will be disputing with my bank. I have proof that they stated they would send the correct amount.

We hired them to do a "Move Out" clean with "Deep Clean Pro" as described on their website for our EMPTY home, and were left with a less than basic clean that we paid over $400 for. The only furniture in the house was beds, entertainment center, and a breakfast table. Half of the services such as organizing, make beds, picture frame dusting, and many other components of the "House Cleaning" described on the website (which were included) were not even necessary as we had moved everything except already made beds out of our home. To say that we were completely left without the service we paid for, light fixtures weren't dusted, cabinets weren't cleaned, garage and porches unswept, floors unvacuumed and mopped, and the floors and carpets they did vacuum or mop, you couldn't even tell. This is in no way a deep clean, and I wouldn't even hire them for a basic clean based on how badly they performed on an empty house. I can only imagine the work they would do if our belongings had been in the home still. Along with this, the company absolutely refused to communicate in any other form than email, offered to send out the same crew that didn't do their job in the first place, and not once had anyone attempted to contact us to resolve the issue. We were only constantly told to email someone else, and even when I did the first time, the email wasn't even valid and was kicked back. No phone calls were answered on their customer service line either. I was then sent text messages from the office manager again, refusing to do anything on their own, and telling me to email another person. Refused over and over again to even pick up the phone or forward the email themselves. We had to clean our home ourselves, and after doing so, could absolutely 1000% more see how bad of a job they did. My wife posted a Google Review and the owner replied back to that review faster than ever, and still has not even attempted to reach out to discuss the issue. Instead he acted as if it wasn't his problem because of the review and the fact it was a holiday weekend, but had time to comment on Google. This company is awful at both customer service and cleaning service itself. Do not put yourself in the position to be treated the way we have by them. There are many more cleaning services to be used in Houston/Cypress, because trust me the 100% customer satisfaction and integrity of the management falls far short of that as you can see by these pictures. Another company out to make a quick buck, provide halfway service, and not take any responsibility or attempt to fix the problem THEY created. This isn't even half of the pictures and none of the emails from them, but hopefully it saves you the pain.
