Based on reviews and recommendations, I hired this company to clean exterior windows for an…read moreagreed-upon cash price of $325.00. The team arrived on Friday, July 3rd. Before they began, my husband requested that they ensure a small amount of paint splatter was removed from one window and that the slight algae film was cleaned off of the top windows. While the first worker indicated there was no public, the owner arrived shortly after and claimed he had not been informed of these details. He then demanded a significant extra fee despite our previously settled price. Without further explanation, the team loaded their equipment and left, leaving a film of food on our windows. I hired a professional service with the expectations that "window cleaning" would include these standard tasks. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the unfinished state in which our home was great.

She has excellent communication and is very thorough with our apartment. I like the products she cleans with. We've had others that use really intense cleaners and give me headaches and make my cat miserable but it always just smells nice and clean after Amber has been there. The entire apartment is always spotless as she has great attention to detail and systematically covers everything. We've had one deep cleaning done and will continue with those every six months per Amber's recommendation. I never feel like anything needs attention between her visits and we get to relax knowing we don't need to take time out of our work, school, and social lives for regular cleaning. She works our smart lock and alarm system just fine and locks up when finished so I never have to worry about our home on cleaning days. If you hate trying to find a cleaner you can trust as much as I do, Amber is your person! We couldn't live without her.
