This experience started on a positive footing but after several issues I must leave this rating…read more Mattie the project manager communicated at the beginning of the job but by the jobs end she did not and on the last day no one came out to check the completion of the job. There was weather issues and scheduling issues due to the weather but that is part of the job. I was left hanging due to no communication and no show of the crew. Ronald and his two person crew were very nice but showed up late and left early, and took exceptional long lunches 1.5- 2.0 hours. They were supposed to spray the house and roll the house due to the various textures this was not done because we have found several places that were missed, also wood that was to be replaced was not. Places that had old paint needed to be removed was not. Our dryer vent was painted and sealed off causing the dryer to code because the air was not going out the vent. I have over spray on places that should not be there and doors that the paint is pealing from as well as paint on the door knobs. This job was done in March 2023. We were excited to get this done. We choose this company based on the positive ratings and responses. We had several estimates this company fell in the mid range of the estimates.
