I've been putting off getting my rugs cleaned because they're both very large. I went inside and…read morespoke with Paradise and I had two gentlemen help me get my rugs out of my car. I was concerned about the smaller one because it also needed some repairs and it was a sentimental rug given to me by my father and I didn't want anything to happen to it. Paradise was very kind and reassured me that their rug-repairing ladies have many years of experience. The whole process was very quick and I was out the door and on my way in no time. About a week or so after, I got a call that my rugs were ready. There's a very nice seating area with water and some cookies where you can sit and relax while they get your rug from the back. Everything in the store is very neat and clean and the staff are very friendly. I'm glad I worried for nothing because my smaller rug was seamlessly repaired and both look brand new! Whatever machine they have works amazingly! If you have rugs and don't know where to go - look no further. I couldn't recommend this place more!

I received a message from saying I wasn't a customer. I repeat I was definitely a customer. I did not save the receipt. They left a stain where the fringe was attached to the back. They stated that they dhow the rug to the customer. I fid look at the rug at the store but didn't notice it until I got home and unrolled the rug. Based on the tone of their response to me, I won't buy a rug from them either.

Long long lines during the Christmas holiday and they were already out of some of the items I…read morewanted to get (Pantatella bread). I left and came back and managed to pick up another item on my list (reed diffusers that smell like glorious pine needles). I also was looking for dining table crackers (the ones that make a popping sound) and they were ALL OUT. CVS actually carried Panatella for way cheap like $5. My advice...all the stores in the Woodlands like Kirklands, Home Goods/Marshalls, etc will be always OUT OF EVERYTHING during any holiday. EVERYONE IN THE WOODLANDS DECORATES AND ENTERTAINS..LOL. So go to Conroe or somewhere else and your items will be in stock in the store.

However the rest of their products, like furniture, wall art, kitchen and dining products have had a huge decline in quality. As well as a huge decline in the countries of origin of their products. It used to be very global, now it's mostly China and other Asian countries who are not known for their quality or human rights and labor protection laws. Now that Pier One is dead and gone, the lack of competition seems to have lowered their standards and increase their prices. They are still good for certain, limited products, but they are clearly a shallow, empty shell of what they used to be
