Most furniture was a quick delivery some of it we were told would take two weeks. That was ok. we had issues with some of the furniture and they did address the issues. The problem came with the two week delivery furniture. Apparently most of the furniture arrived at the store, but, they would not deliver until they had all the furniture. Mind you, they now had not only our money, but they were holding our furniture hostage. Two weeks became three and then it was going to be six. I ended up cancelling that ONE piece of furniture to get the remaining order. As I was told that they should have that one piece in June. They stated that they have a two delivery rule per customer. I paid money, you took it and then held my furniture hostage. If that is the way you work, why collect the money up front, get it when you deliver it. I also sent an email to the owner with NO response. Be weary of this company, customer service is almost non existent and being honest about delivery and their 2 delivery per customer rule is not told to you.
