Avoid at all cost. Major red flag warning!…read more Was referred to this guy/company. I text to verify he/they serviced my Zip Code. He said he did. I followed up with 2 basic questions: 1) what kind of frames are the windows they install & 2) who manufactures the windows they install? He avoided answering those two basic questions I asked through text. The next day, he called me 5 times within 4 minutes. I missed his calls, apologized for missing his calls. I again text asking those two questions. He refused to answer through text. Major red flag! Avoid and use someone else!

Made arrangements on Wednesday for a free estimate and the owner / operator / technician came out…read moreon time and gave an estimate for the repair to one of my upstairs windows (single pane glass), one downstairs window (single pane glass) and one downstairs window mesh screen with frame. John was nice and friendly enough and we arranged for Friday at 10:00 AM since I had other chores to do that day. He agreed and said that it would take about 1.5 hour. On Friday at about 10:30 AM I called to see what was the holdup and the office person said that he must be hung up on another job and that she'd call him and see what the situation was. She also suggested that the arrangement was between 10 - 12 noon arrival time. I said no that was not the case since I wanted the job done before noon. Anyway long story short, he showed up about 1.5 hours late and did the job satisfactorily within 1.5 hour. I was still able to get my chores done on time so in the end no harm done. Four stars because scheduling could be more precise.

Voice mailbox full, sent me a partial estimate a ten days ago and nothing since. I tried calling…read morethis place based on a Realtor recommendation. Called about five times a day for two days. Each time my calls went to a generic voicemail box that gave a recording saying I could not leave a message because the mailbox was FULL. I checked Google, Yelp and the web and confirmed that I was calling the businesses number. I finally got someone to answer the phone. He said he was unaware that his voice mail was full, pretty sad if you are one of those customers who left a message. He gave me his cell number to text him pictures of what I needed done. My job was replace one window assembly on a house, replace all glass on five exterior residential doors and install a mirror on a bathroom wall. He replied the next day with a reasonable cost for the mirror install. Nothing on the other work. I waited a week and sent a follow up text asking him to let me know if he was interested in the additional work. No reply. I pissed away two weeks thinking a reputable glass company was in the process of getting back to me. Having a phone system where your voice mail is full means lots of folks never got a reply. Communicating and dropping the ball leaving a potential customer hanging combined with the initial phone experience speaks more than words about the management team of this company. I made sure my Realtor knew that the vendor she was recommending was making her look bad. She will no longer recommend this business and she called a builder who initially gave her this companies info. She informed the builder about the experience. The builder said he was getting the same info from several of his clients. He is now using a different glass company.
