I bought a townhouse, and several of the double-pane windows had failed seals and fogged up. Most of these windows were very large. Got three cost estimates from different companies, but the T&M husband and wife team were the quickest to respond to my quote request. They were at my house within a few days after initial contact (even showed up about 15 minutes early - you can tell he's a military vet) to measure the windows and I had a price quote later that day. Not the lowest of the three quotes and not the highest either - right in the middle. They kept me updated on the status of my order with the glass manufacturer and once they confirmed the order was ready/complete, we scheduled the installation. They arrived at my house (again, 15 minutes early) and got the job done that morning as quoted, on-time and safely - very difficult job as the house is 4 stories. Did a walk-through of the replacements and everything looked great, including the cleanup. I'm pretty picky and demanding when it comes to contractors, and they met all of my expectations. Monday evening while cutting my grass on our riding lawn mower, I must have hit a rock and hit must have hit my office window. I didn't notice until Tuesday morning when I opened my blinds and started to work for the day. I got onto Yelp to find which glass repair company I was going to use, the first one that came up for our area was T&M Glass, I called and they said they could come out that afternoon to see what needed to be replaced. I told them I was going to be out of town next week but could make arrangements to have someone come over and let them in to fix.
