Jose and his crew were here promptly to install 20 windows, one of which was a custom picture window. The windows were installed in 1 day. The crew were very respectful to us and the property. I had all the windows for my home replaced in January 2019. John, the owner is very knowledgeable and honest when discussing your job. He discussed the window options and installation procedures. His crew was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner ensuring a good aesthetic upon completion. They cleaned up and made sure I was satisfied before departing. Fast forward to May 2025. One side of one of my sliding windows seal has failed. I called and spoke to John about the failure. He ensured me that my warrenty will cover the replacement and even informed me of two different options. He's very informative and is willing to go above and beyond to satisfy his customers!! Mr. Litsey was very kind and respectful when he came out to our place. He was not your typical salesman. Not pushy. Showed us his product and answered all of our questions. Original Feedback: Once in a while, I come across a business that offers exceptional service and value. Windows City has been that for us. We have had the opportunity to use their service on a couple of occasions and are beyond happy with the results. The quality of the windows and installation is unsurpassed. This company is excellent! From the sales to installation, everything was done professionally. I had called a number of window companies in the Spring area before calling Window City, and many of them either could not schedule an apt around my schedule or were way over priced and pushy with sales. John Litsey was none of that. He gave us an apt time and kept to it. He was very knowledgeable and honest when presenting the materials he supplies. We didn't feel rushed to make a decision at all. We changed our minds several times on which windows we were picking and John was able to give us a different quote every time. I like that he allowed us to see all our options before we made a decision. Jose and his team with installation was also professional and time efficient. John and his crew were fantastic. John was comprehensive in his explanation, provided us with samples and pictures of the options we were interested in and his estimate was competitive. Once we decided to go with them, John was transparent and accurate with the timeline. His crew leader Jose was easy to work with and him and his crew did a great job. We have pets and they were very cooperative with working with us and communicating which windows they were working on and when. They were very efficient and it was immediately obvious that they were experienced and had worked together for a long time. The clean up was nearly flawless and they finished up a day early. There was one window that came with a slight crack and they informed us of the crack, ordered the replacement and scheduled the replacement of the window before we even had the opportunity to notice it. Very professional, I contacted this company on a Sunday afternoon, they said they would be there on Monday, but didn't give me a time. That Monday morning I texted and asked if I could get a custesy call and they immediately replied back yes. I thought I was going to be waiting all day, but no they called me very soon after that text to let me know they were on their way. When I looked one truck pulled up and shortly after that another truck pulled up and the lady that handled the final part of the process showed up. I worked with John and his crew, led by Jose, for installation of 22 windows and they have my uttermost respect for their professionalism and workmanship! During the bidding process, John was the only one that answered all my questions promptly and to my satisfaction( some items that not very clearly defined, some were after the contract been signed, he never haggled, very agreeable and pleasant ) and Jose did the measurement very precisely and his crew installed those windows(some of them are very big picture windows) in two days' time as promised and collected the debris from the garden and reset the flower bed in the prefect shape. We had 14 windows replaced by Window City a few weeks ago, and we're really thrilled with them! I had already had several estimates, and Window City was the least expensive of all the quotes I received. John couldn't be nicer and was a "no pressure" salesman who owns his own company. VERY easy to work with, and really helpful. He has his own crew, run by Jose, who was really professional. Came on time, did the work, left no mess. Also a super nice guy! Even put in a door on the back for us that we had bought at Home Depot, for much less than the Home Depot installation cost. We requested bids from various window companies who had performed installations in and around our area. John Litsey, the owner of Window City Houston, provided a very comprehensive presentation regarding the various options and prices. While other window companies were competitive in price, we were very impressed with the quality of product that John was offering. John was also very knowledgeable about building standards and advised us where tempered glass was required for safety purposes. After we agreed to the specifications, we signed a contract on May 30, 2013. John then obtained the approval from our home owners association and gave us the date of July 5-6, 2013 for the installation. This date was met and the installation took place without a snag. When John's crew showed up, they were supervised by Jose who was prompt and took the time to take out and install one window at a time (instead of rushing by taking out all windows at once as many installers do). Much experience was displayed throughout the installation process as the crew was very efficient and did first class work. When the work was completed, the windows were amazing. Our new windows are energy efficient, beautiful and have also sealed out many noises such as nearby traffic. Our home is our biggest investment and we wanted a quality product; John delivered a quality product at a fantastic price and with great efficiency. Excellent company. Affordable, reliable. I was nine months pregnant and our new house needed windows PRONTO! With the 100 degree weather outside, our house felt equally hot inside! I was concerned about bringing a new born baby to a hot house, and needless to say, I was miserably hot and pregnant! John, from Window City came to the rescue! A few months ago Window City installed new windows in my house and it was a great experience. Because the job they did was so professional, I purchased a new patio door. I cannot recommend this company enough, from John Litsey, the owner to Jose and his crew who did the work. Jose was on time (which is unusual in this business), they were very careful to work around items on my patio and in my house. They pay attention to every little detail, including installing trim around the door, which I understand most other companies don't do. Like with the windows, Jose checked every little detail to make sure the job was perfect. They cleaned up so well, that I couldn't tell they were even there. Dealing with most window and door companies is a frustrating and infuriating company.
