I followed up with 2 basic questions: 1) what kind of frames are the windows they install & 2) who manufactures the windows they install? He avoided answering those two basic questions I asked through text. The next day, he called me 5 times within 4 minutes. I missed his calls, apologized for missing his calls. I again text asking those two questions. He refused to answer through text. Major red flag! Avoid and use someone else!
