Two of the companies did not bother to come out opting instead to do the quote over zoom which was generally terrible. I asked them about shutters and they immediately shut me down saying they were too expensive. When I contacted HWB, Bryan responded right away and came out. I was having a lot of work done at the house when he came but he was patient and took his time showing me options and making recommendations. When I asked about shutters he explained the pros and cons and had actual samples ao I could see how they would look on my windows. He took measurements of all the windows and advised me what would and would not work. Bryan was personable and knowledgeable. He was patient as we weighed our options and answered our emailed questions quickly. The prices were reasonable and he gave me hope when we found out many of our windows were now super shallow. The installer came on time, was efficient and super nice. They explained how to care for the shutters and that they had a life time warranty. I am so happy with this purchase and recommend this company.

Absolutely luv, luv, luv my new mirror frames!!!…read more I purchased three frames, 1 for the guest bathroom and 2 for the master bedroom. The frames immediately transformed the look of those rooms. Requested quotes through Yelp and he was one of the first companies to respond…read more Rene is very knowledgeable and knows doors even through pictures. He recommended some other options for me to look at doors that may be a little bit more affordable and I did. So thankful for that piece of information. He picked up my doors for me within the three day grace period of where I bought them from and was out in the same week to install . Confirming time and date with him was a little stressful because his day fluctuates with what he's got going on so I was a little nervous that it wasn't going to happen right away . But he is a man of his word and called me on Friday morning to let me know that I was going to to have my doors installed in the morning . His crew was so professional, nice very clean tidy worked efficiently He charges $475 per door, which is a little expensive, but I believe it was worth it.
