He came out and bid the job for replacement of spiral balances as well as all new screens which were mostly old and bent. The cost was way cheaper than replacing all those windows! It only took a week to order them. He came out yesterday and within a couple hours we have just like new windows + screens! So easy to open and close, totally worth it. I am so glad we called Speedys to do the job. They are very knowledgeable about windows and their repair, and they are not just trying to sell you all new windows for $$$. He said he was unaware that his voice mail was full, pretty sad if you are one of those customers who left a message. He gave me his cell number to text him pictures of what I needed done. My job was replace one window assembly on a house, replace all glass on five exterior residential doors and install a mirror on a bathroom wall. He replied the next day with a reasonable cost for the mirror install. Nothing on the other work. I waited a week and sent a follow up text asking him to let me know if he was interested in the additional work. No reply. I pissed away two weeks thinking a reputable glass company was in the process of getting back to me. Having a phone system where your voice mail is full means lots of folks never got a reply. Communicating and dropping the ball leaving a potential customer hanging combined with the initial phone experience speaks more than words about the management team of this company. I made sure my Realtor knew that the vendor she was recommending was making her look bad. She will no longer recommend this business and she called a builder who initially gave her this companies info. She informed the builder about the experience. The builder said he was getting the same info from several of his clients. He is now using a different glass company.

Make…read moresure to ask for Javier's team! 5 bids later, they were the only ones who told me about the issue with the missing flashing that is suppose to be installed under the gutters (a neighbor confirmed this happened to his gutters too). Low and behold the wood edging behind my old gutters was all rotted. They removed the rotted wood and installed the flashing and gutters directly on the plywood of the house, which they assured me was actually better than replacing the wood edging. There wasn't a downpour yesterday but everything worked as it should and I no longer had the three spots where I was getting overflow onto my patio and garden beds. The companies response was that they ONLY repair their OWN windows and have a minimum of 3 windows. Put that in your site and state that clearly. I wouldn't have wasted your time or my time.
