Unfortunately, the second mistake which involved Shelly's installer using my dryer (brand new, delivered and installed the day before) as a step ladder during installation in the laundry room, causing 2 noticeable dents is where integrity plummeted. She returned to my home 5 minutes after the installer left and was just as disappointed as I was, verified the damage, took photos, and assured me that both she and her installer had insurance for these types of mishaps. She even asked me to send her the receipts from my purchase, which I did before she left. After 4 days of being ghosted, I was able get in contact with Shelly and she offered absolutely no resolution except, "What do you want me to do? No one saw my installer do it. I can't see the dents in my photos, how do I know you didn't do it?" A complete 180 degree turnaround from the time of the incident. Shelly hasn't been in business long enough to understand how to handle problems with honesty and integrity. The Golden Rule is to always take care of the customer. A simple dent removal service offering would have sufficed.

John was nice and friendly enough and we arranged for Friday at 10:00 AM since I had other chores to do that day. He agreed and said that it would take about 1.5 hour. On Friday at about 10:30 AM I called to see what was the holdup and the office person said that he must be hung up on another job and that she'd call him and see what the situation was. She also suggested that the arrangement was between 10 - 12 noon arrival time. I said no that was not the case since I wanted the job done before noon. Anyway long story short, he showed up about 1.5 hours late and did the job satisfactorily within 1.5 hour. I was still able to get my chores done on time so in the end no harm done. Four stars because scheduling could be more precise.
