Raul ordered and installed plantation blinds on 17 windows in my home. The installation was done as scheduled and in a timely manner. During installation he discovered that one of the blinds had a defect. He ordered a replacement and came back to install it. After trying the new blinds for a couple of days, we decided we needed to extend the pull strings on several windows. Raul was able to order and install the extensions. We are very satisfied with the quality and price of the installation. The only negative is that all of the blinds are in our opinion a bit too long. They each have about 2-3 more slats than are needed to cover the windows. The result is that the extra slats pile up in the window sill. When asked about it, Raul said that is the way they come when ordered. I suspect they are ordered too long to avoid getting them too short which would be an expensive mistake. I would highly recommend Raul's service. read more

The owner is a nice guy, but I wouldn't hire him again. In July he came to my home and measured my windows, I needed 3 plantation shutter panels replaced (my kids broke them). In August the panels were ready for install except when he brought them, they didn't match the others in my home. He said he didn't know if the mistake was his, when he ordered them, or the manufacturer. He said it would be an easy fix. Today, 2 months later the new ones were installed and they still aren't the same as the existing ones, but I can't wait any longer. It took 2x as long to fix the mistake as it did for new ones to be made. Not sure if it's the manufacturer that he uses or what, but I wouldn't use him again. Sorry, Raul, you're a nice guy, but that's not enough in business. read more

Secondly, if you have someone scheduled for services with a 2 hour window time frame provided and you message 45 mins AFTER that time frame PASSES that you're running behind IS NOT communicating clearly and shows you have poor time management skills. I can make any review based on the experience with your company whether or not you held up your end of the bargain to provide those services or not.
