I bought a few slaps of stone and during installation one was cracked and when I went to purchase another one he was asking twice the amount i had originally paid, claiming that he gave me the wrong stone to begin with and i have to pay the higher price due to their mistakes !! He delayed my construction work by a week trying to decide whether or not he would honor his original price. He actually sent two of his managers, Grezelda and Eric, over my place to inspect the stone .. they are not any better than the owner in regards to customer service and calling back as they say they will. Each time I visited, Sam or Mike were happy to help even though we weren't ready to pull the trigger on a purchase. Building a home is a stressful process and every interaction is critical to the psyche. Thank you to Terra team for your patience with us as we visited and revisited. They also followed through with their promises to call us when a new batch of quartzite arrived. We were pleasantly surprised to get a text from Sam after the latest shipment arrived at the port and got a play-by-play of where the container was. We even got a text of what the slabs looked like as to not waste another trip! The selection of slabs is on point. We don't need a dizzying array of selections, just quality stones with reasonable prices, and Terra delivers in this department. We are very picky folks because we wanted a marble-look without the marble maintenance. Somehow Terra managed to find the quarry that had the slabs and we are happy campers!

Jesse at south texas foundation repair is not truthful about materials he uses. For example, he…read morewill tell you he is going to use steel shims like you asked. When you don't see them and ask why he'll tell you that he could only use them in a few places but he used them where he could. When you call him out on that lie after finding zero steel shims he says he doesn't like to use them. What kind of excuse is that? He will also tell you he's coming back in a few weeks to finish what needs to be done but never shows up. Sure, he'll text you and say he's sorry he didn't make it out as promised but he's definitely coming next week. Good luck getting him to honor any warranty he gives you. I don't recommend giving him your business.

Jesse showed up one day, dug 16 holes and pour concrete and returned 2 days later once concrete was set and leveled the house and back filled then cleaned up. 2 day job and reasonably priced. Jesse also put me in contact with a structural engineer to complete a report required by financial institution. I will definitely use him for my other 2 houses.
