Omni was my best find this year when I remodeled my kitchen. I needed 4 slabs of quartzite. The associates took a lot of time to help me select the perfect slabs for large kitchen with waterfall countertops. My fabricator said pickup was easy. Price was in line with others too. They had a variety of beautiful surfaces. I totally recommend this business. read more

When I started the dreadful process of surfaces hunting, I went EVERYWHERE! Me being the super picky person that I am - everywhere meant months of "nope - don't like that either" & "meh - doesn't do it for me." Lots of fill ups for my gas guzzling "mommy-mobile" and plenty of aggravating, stuck-in-Houston-traffic type days... Most places I visited had SO MANY slabs - I'd just get lost and overwhelmed! Pretty much every stop only made my search all the more difficult in the end. Don't get me wrong - I found many slabs appealing and added them to my list. Even one that I couldn't let go of until a crucial mistake was made - leaving a sour taste in my mouth for that business... And then Omni. I made the short trek to this location (they have one off of Hempstead Hwy too) with the hopes of not really finding anything and sealing the deal with my other gem. I came to know about Omni via a now terminated contractor. Of course that should say a lot about my expectations going in, considering his rapport with me was an epic fail. Man how wrong I was! First - the staff at Omni were super welcoming, and very courteous. I came armed with a look I was going for and made it clear I wanted "one off's" and exotic. While they had lots of exotics (& lots of one offs), a beauty in a Bordeaux just really called me out. After much debate and several trips back - I sealed the deal. Secured my fabricator and man am I pleased! I've gotten many compliments on the slab since install. Minor - so minute - imperfections, I believe I'm the only person to see them. Lol! Omni was patient with my process and indecisiveness the entire time. Never felt pressured, rushed, or less than valued as a client. In any event - if ever in the market for surfaces again (Which I hope I NEVER go through this again), I will definitely make them my go to! read more

To Whom it May Concern, We have been dealt with dishonestly in our order from your office on Clay Rd. I came in to personally select 2 slabs, paid the required deposit and my slabs were labeled. I then returned to pay in full. When my fabricator arrived to pick up the slabs I had personally chosen Omni had already sold them to another customer and the only slabs that were left were broken and clearly not as large as the measurements I was charged for. I spoke to Welyngton Pereira who promised me 3 slabs to make up for your "mistake" in selling my 2 slabs to another customer and the price difference in the measurements, I paid for more square feet than I was given. However after getting off the phone with me and promising 3 slabs he did not send my fabricator away with 3 slabs he only gave 2. Welyngton took advantage of the language barrier between me and our fabricator and told him he would give the 3rd slab if he needed it to complete the job. So as the customer I have been lied to and cheated out of material. Not only did I loose the 2 slabs I personally chose, I received less material than I paid for, my kitchen island has to be smaller changing my entire design. My husband spoke to the manager who only spoke more dishonestly. read more

First off I want to say ASAPH was extremely nice in helping us pick out granite for the outdoor kitchen for our pool builder. I was so pleased by the buying experience that I will definitely return because he was so patient with us especially with two small children. We will definitely be picking up bathroom and kitchen redo's in the future with Omni and ASAPH. We will also let our friends know how great the experience was as well. They were so patient (thank you to the guy who was so polite while showing me all 8 slabs pieces to pick from) and the staff was so knowledgeable--special thanks to Ely who gave a running documentary type presentation on the granite from Brazil, which we appreciated so much. Also, special thanks to all staff who promptly emailed and texted answers to any questions we had! Omni had so many slabs to pick from so you can be sure to find your desired color and pattern.
