He was great about pointing out areas on the slab we needed to avoid and measuring to make sure to get 2 good countertops out of the slab which saved us a lot of money instead of having to buy a larger or full sized slab. My credit was not approved and my sister could not get the cash needed to fund her project. I paid via credit card and my sister paid cash. We both requested a refund for the $ 500.00 and they told me they would credit the money back to my credit card. To this date we have not received our money back. They are avoiding telling her how she can get her money back. I sent them an email requesting my refund and I am getting no response. At this point I am disappointed in the way they are avoiding us.

Upon reviewing the job he repeatedly asked the same questions and constantly kept trying to upcharge the job. It was apparent Laminate Countertops could not handle this job. Perhaps they are only good at small projects. Because of the misrepresentation of their ability and lack of professionalism, I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
