Table top matched our existing granite...

Michael with Houston Granite Remnants did a great job in listening to us and working with us to find the perfect match for an outside granite table top. The price was very affordable and the delivery and set up was first class...we wholeheartedly recommend this company...very professional and delivered on time....best

I recently (March 2024) had Houston Granite Remnants in Houston, TX, install granite countertops and marble tile backsplash in my 2002 builder special kitchen in Cypress, TX. I am very impressed! As you can see by the photos, it turned out great - excellent as a matter of fact! I have absolutely no complaints. Kenyon, Mike and Jorge from Houston Granite Remnants were very responsive to what I wanted and great at responding. I purchased two granite slabs at an excellent price from their granite yard in the "west location" at 16745 North Freeway. They had me purchase the backsplash tile so I went to The Tile Shop for the tile and grout so Kenyon's crew could do the installation of that. This is the first time I have ever had granite installed on my end, so it was a good learning experience for me on how it works. I have had a lot of tile work done over the years and the tile work Kenyon's team did for me was top notch! Excellent job as well; see photos. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing granite or quartz work done. I will be going back to them when I refinish my master bathroom as well. I have provided a link to their website below as well. https://houstongraniteremnants.com/

I made sure he understood and saw in-person what was needed and asked him if he still wanted to proceed before work started. Several times after agreeing on the scope of work and payment Eric seemed to want to change what was agreed on. (payment and work) Micro-managing Eric was exhausting. End result was not what I had repeatedly told Eric. I had marked specific broken bricks for him and they did not get replaced. I told Eric to please match the caulking color. I asked him several times if he would have any issues doing any of these things and he repeatedly said he wouldn't. In the end I paid the full $950 for the work done.

He failed to begin the work on time, and when he eventually did, he arrived without the necessary materials. Eric had assured me that he would personally oversee the job and work with his crew; however, there was no crew. Instead, he sent his elderly parents, who worked for only a couple of days before they all left for Mexico without any notice. Throughout the process, Eric consistently failed to show up at the times he committed to. What was originally estimated to be a 4-5 day project ended up dragging on for over a month. During that time, I had to contact Eric repeatedly--at least five to six times--to remind him that the work was still incomplete. Despite the lack of progress, he persistently pressured me for payment. Eventually, out of sheer frustration, I paid him in full, even though the job had not been completed. To make matters worse, the work site was left in a mess. My yard was cluttered with debris, and there was no proper cleanup effort. The entire job was handled in an extremely unprofessional manner and fell far short of basic expectations for quality and accountability. Mumtaz Jesani

The owner, Martin, is a smart, knowledgeable individual that takes pride in his company's work. They do stucco work for quite a number of the high-end builders in Houston. They also have a cast stone company next door, called Stone Cast, that can provide any cast stone products you might need for your project as well.

I see homes around Houston that are only a few years old and the stucco already looks worn and dingy. In some cases it's green with mold or algae. One house I pass regularly even has what appears to be black mold all over it. We never did any work on our original stucco exterior until now. After 18 years there were some dull and dirty spots that are to be expected. Abel -he's an expert- came out and did a full inspection then sent his crews out to power wash, then patch some areas, then paint. They did the work in a timely fashion and our house looks sparkling new again. I highly recommend Atlantic! My only complaint is that it's good to keep an eye on the crew to make sure they don't do sloppy things like halfway clean up faint paint marks on the driveway. Also, we called Abel to come inspect the work a couple times to make sure the guys were following the plan. Each time Abel always responded in a timely manner and thoroughly inspected the work and directed the crew to do exactly what we requested. If you want quality stucco work that stands the test of time, call Atlantic. They are the best!
