No markings for names or sizes on all slabs, so you have to ask what they are if you are a beginner like me. Since we wanted 6 - 7 slabs, of course I need some help, Tamer was not willing to spend atleast 5 mins patiently, he was rude, condescending, pushes us to buy right that moment. He even made fun of us for coming a second time, stating you did not last time so I will increase the price, we felt mocked. We drove from Austin , and 8hr round trip twice as wanted to do business with them. He was patient with another white customer who had tons of questions but maybe profiled us, no one should feel this way. If Tamer does not want to spend time ask another associate to help us, why be mean and mock people? Within 5 minutes, he said I will be inside of you want to order, it's Ramadan, what does Ramadan have to do with business? Why open the store then ?
