Trusting him again was one of the biggest mistakes we have ever made! Not only did Omar abandon our job, but pretty much every area his subcontractors worked on in our beautiful custom home resulted in defective workmanship that had to be redone multiple times or was just left undone when he finally abandoned the job. Of course Omar was quick to try to push us to make our last payment and then ghosted us when we told him he had to complete the defective workmanship. Over the course of many months, we continued to be patient with all the mistakes and communicate them promptly since he was hardly ever present at the job site. We always heard excuses as to why things happened and empty promises for completion date. From butchered stone fabrication, terrible paint work, awful carpentry (literally could not even drill a hole in a cabinet door), and ruining our hardwood floors and fixtures to name a few things, Omar has left us with nothing but a nightmare to clean up. I can't imagine ever treating someone so unethically and unprofessionally as he has done to us. We are still assessing the thousands and thousands of dollars it's going to cost us to fix/repair what his company did. We are also still discovering things that were done wrong when the work has been inspected by other qualified companies. He also did not deliver the remaining quartzite slab we had already paid for. These are just a few pictures of the endless damages (after already cutting up our island stone and installing it somewhere else), with the two mismatched counters being one of the more expensive things. The installers were very professional, polite, and respectful of our home. Sam was always just a phone call away whenever we needed anything. They helped move furniture around, remove and reinstall toilets, as well as unhooked/reinstalled our stove/appliances. There were a few minor issues after the job was done (minor cosmetic), which can be expected when your entire house is re-floored. They work so hard and finished all the bedrooms (4) in a beautiful LVP that I supplied. The second time was spring 2023 and they did my kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, and dining room. There were a few issues and Tanya had Charlton come to evaluate. He determined there were issues with the install and had the crew return immediately and correct the issues. The finished floor was perfect. My third time using them was last month. Chris the GM came out measured and looked at my existing flooring that was added in my new dining room and office. (I was trying to match that floor, but the old owner could not remember who the maker was and the company he used to install is now out of business). Chris looked at my floor and said he was very sure he had a floor at his store that was very close. I told him I would go look. I met Amy in the store and told her Chris thought the Inovation line had a floor very similar. I went through the samples and he was right. I took a sample home and layer it on top of my floor and Bingo, that floor was perfect. Amy gave me the price and it was much better than any other quote we got from other flooring companies in the area. And most of all the other flooring companies material wasn't even close to what we were trying to match. But, All Floors and more product was so perfect and so was the price. They came last week and installed. The floors are so beautiful! Manual the installer was very professional and laid the floor perfectly. He was Very clean and respectful of my home and property.
