So they may have quoted me high because they didn't want the job or they use unicorn paint. They were transparent and upfront about the cost and quick to respond, so I'll give them that.

The crew did an awesome job and were able to integrate the new flooring without the need for transition strips. Their tile work was exceptional as well.
