We have done a lot of renovating in the past and this was BY FAR the easiest and most efficiently done project that we have done. Aldin came over to give me the initial estimate and I knew right away that they were who we were going to use. He even met me at the granite yard on I-45 to pick my countertops and it was obvious that he knew his products and materials very well. From picking out our quartzite to installation day was 7 days. Excellence from start to finish! Alden and Cindy were very responsive. Every time I called they were very helpful and answered all my questions/concerns. When I had to leave a message, they always called back the same day. Our gameroom set-up with wet bar and drink counters around the perimeter of the room required many pieces to be cut. Tried to have them come out and give me an estimate for Level 1 granite on a rental home kitchen. The girl I talked to when I called was a complete knucklehead and had no idea what she was talking about when it came to edging and thickness. And she is the only person you could talk to. So she says. If you know anything about granite, she's a complete waste of time. It's too bad as they had all good reviews. Maybe if I could get past her to someone who knows something, it would be a different story. But first impressions tell me to run away from this person. read more
