Day of install came and one of the panels was going vertically and everything else horizontally. Reached out to John and after a little back and forth he agreed to replace the panel at no extra charge. When day of replacement came it was only a crew of 2 guys, they struggled a little to move stove and were concerned about gas line as they were unsure how to close it, the guy in charge took them outside and told them to be quiet, stop complaining and get it done. 3 months after replacement section was installed and final payment was made my countertops cracked! I reached out again via email to John, several people from his team came out to look at countertops a couple of times and I was told they'd replace them once they had the same material leftover from another job. That was over a year ago! I repeatedly reached out to John and James who now no longer works with John and I was just given more excuses. I consulted with another company and I was told the reason for counters cracking was most likely bad installation since there were no signs. We also paid for cabinet lighting and lights went out a day after installing after having guy come out multiple times we gave up. I have recently filed a complaint with the BBB, countertops should have come with some type of warranty for at least a year.

I was installing prefabricated countertops for a regular client, and my regular supplier had unexpectedly run out of the matching backsplash material that I normally buy from them, along with the countertops. I was in a real bind, and we needed to arrive at the client's location early the next morning. Miraculously, I found a beautiful, small slab of the exact granite material that I needed, and we were able to use it to fabricate the backsplash for my client, and it turned out beautifully. If I hadn't found the material that I needed at Houston Granite Remnants, it would have been a major problem. They really saved the day! I purchased the small slab for a great price, and there was enough material to use for two more installations, which effectively reduced by cost of the next two jobs for this client. I worked with Carlos, and he was super helpful, and fun to work with while I was under pressure. I highly recommend Houston Granite Remnants! Website: http://houstongraniteremnants.com/tour.aspx

While we are very happy with the final results, getting to the so-called "finish line" proved to be…read morea bit of a challenge. That is the reason for this update. This remodeling project was begun around July 21, 2022. About three and one-half weeks later, the job was listed as complete and we were once again able to use this bathroom. However, during the following week, we had to have someone come out again to make repairs: hot/cold water in the shower was flipped; hole along the tile and baseboard discovered; silicone was coming off the niche area in the shower; caulking was incomplete around the perimeter of the shower floor. Once those repairs were made, we thought that finally we were done. Nope. The paint on the ceiling started to peel above the shower. A lot. Finally had the painter return to repair that and we thought, once again, we were done. Apparently not, since we were told the ceiling was "fixed," but something different was evidently told to Roberto. After another week, the entire ceiling showed pieces of paint peeling off. Called for another repair. This time, Roberto came out and told us that the ceiling hadn't been done right in the first place and our only option was to tear out the entire ceiling and start over at an additional cost of $450. That did not sound like a reasonable idea, so it was then suggested that the ceiling texture be redone instead and painting would be done with eggshell (semi-gloss) paint rather than latex paint. We accepted that solution and waited for it to be fixed, finally. Painter came out and did the work at the end of September, but in total we were once again out of that bathroom for 5 days waiting for texture, primer and paint to dry. However, this seems to have truly repaired the problem - thank goodness. Then I get emailed an invoice for $350 for the ceiling repair. Wow. Paid that invoice on September 27, 2022: almost 10 weeks after the job was begun. Unfortunately for Roberto and his crews, though, he was what you can call "penny wise and pound foolish." We had informed every contractor that gave us a bid for this bathroom that based on our experience, we would then move forward for the really big job -- a complete remodel of the master bathroom -- a much larger and more expensive project. Because of the 6-week drag after "completion" and delay due to the ceiling repairs (along with other fixes) and the $350 invoice we received, we did not even consider a bid from Kitchen & Bath Remodeling for our master bathroom. Chose another contractor instead.

My wife and I are very pleased with Roberto's technical team. We had a bath tub removed and replaced with a walk-in shower. We picked out the new material with the help of Doris (Robert s wife and store manager). All new materials were selected from their showroom. They replaced the countertop with great stone top and all plumbing faucets were replaced. Two years ago, we remodeled our master bathroom and we loved the job these guys did. If you have a remodel job, you should give Robert and Doris a call before hiring anyone else. Reasonable price and first class personal service from job requirements quote to final job completion.

I could not recommend them more highly. We had a bit of a tricky install because we were adding on to existing wood floors. The crew did an awesome job and were able to integrate the new flooring without the need for transition strips. Their tile work was exceptional as well. On top of all that, they were courteous, hard working, trustworthy, and clearly took a lot of pride in their work. Review #1 From the start, Colby at Flooring Warehouse was responsive, helpful, communicative, and professional. He made the experience of replacing all the old, dated flooring in our 1970s townhouse seamless and painless. The end result is a mix of tile and hardwood and looks fantastic!

It was a pleasure to work with Danny on product selection, purchase and installation. I never felt rushed while I was looking at different flooring products. Danny explained the pros and cons of the various types of flooring. He allowed me to take home several colors so I could see what color worked best in my home. He responds to calls and texts, is very professional and kind. The man (sorry don't remember his name) who installed the product did a wonderful job. installing the new flooring and removed the carpet that was being replaced. There was no trace of any trash, dirt or prior carpet left at my home. He made sure that the floor was level before installing the product. I was able to go to work and felt comfortable not being home while the flooring was being installed. The installer contacted me when he was just about finished and waited for me to return so that he could go over the installation with me. Smooth process from the beginning to the end. I believe that the product I selected is of great value and should any problems arise that they will be handled in a professional manner. Thanks Danny! The floor looks great!
