Mark my salesman took the time to understand my needs and presented a flooring solution well within budget and the quality for the installed price is unparalleled. Manuel and the install crew truly blew me away. I was not able to have anyone on site to "supervise" the installation and had to fully trust they would do a good job. The actual stretch and lay of the carpet was perfect and they had neatly rolled and stacked my remnants. But it was the cutting a square of it as a welcome mat that was the cherry on top, along with not being able to tell they had even been there. He was also the most affordable. His daughter works in the office and was always friendly & helpful. They were also able to install two days later! We decided to support a family business by choosing Emanuel's & we're so glad we did. They did a great job pulling up and removing the old carpet, cleaning, installing the new carpet, then cleaning up after themselves, and leaving the remaining scraps of carpet from the order.
