We chose to go forward with our bathroom floors anyway. The installer arrived showed us the flooring which we approved. He then asked if he was supposed to remove the existing tile, which we told him yes. IOW he had no previous instructions as to what he was supposed to do except install flooring. He proceeded to do the work and was very diligent about the job. After installation the new flooring looked fine except adjacent to the master bath shower where the grouting and sealing was obviously not correctly done. Repairs attempted by the firm have been insufficient and poorly done. We continue to have water leaking out of the shower onto the new floor at the shower door. The door sweep was damaged during the installation and the firm has refused to make repairs to keep the water from leaking and going under a transition they installed where we must presume mold will begin to grow. Their reason for not repairing it is "we didn't work on the shower". Their 100% lifetime warranty is nothing but writing on paper. Stay away from them!!

Not having used a business before you are always to some level taking a risk, but I now offer you this glowing review! This company provided a very reasonable price for their services, did what they said they would do, for the price they said they would do it and did an outstanding job! The tiler Osvaldo and plumber Victor were kind individuals who knew their work. The pricing included all materials except the tile, grout and tile edge trim and Osvaldo hand built two niches in the walls and tiled those nicely as well. These individuals "work" without any waste of time. From tear out down to the studs and complete install of the new tile was a two-day job. In actual work hours it was about 12 hours. You won't find a more experienced person to measure and guide you through the purchase that Dave. The hard part was getting my wife to pick colors. He did the rest and made things go super smooth. I had my entire upstairs (3 bedrooms) including the stairs done with carpet and tile floors in the bathroom and the guys finished carpet in one day and tile in two. Perfect installation except one small spot that I called on and they were right there to take care of it. Next we had 750' of hardwood floors done and it's absolutely beautiful. I did go out for other estimates and really found out how much Dave adds to getting the job done right and knowing how to measure things to get the most out of materials. If you need floors polished, they're fine, but I would recommend using anyone else for showers. The owner said everything was fine. I sent him photos and he sent the same person back. They couldn't do anything about mildew, so I cleaned the grout on the floor before they sealed it. Looks like they put black marks on the white tile on the walls while scrubbing, and they didn't clean the grout. Worst part, is it seems like they're trying to do a good job, but not able to achieve it. We we used them 6 years ago we were thrilled with the results, but stay away if you want tile and grout work.
