We called Shaun at Legacy, and he immediately gave us a great price. He handled all the permits and had the generator installed within a matter of days. Everything works perfectly, and his quote was about $4K less than any other bid we received. Our next big project was our kitchen countertops. We had Shaun come back out to give us a price. It took some time for us to save up while completing other small projects ourselves, and almost a year had passed. When we called Shaun again, he honored the exact same price he'd given us the previous year. He scheduled us for the following Tuesday, and by Wednesday evening we were already enjoying our new countertops, sink, and faucets. We high recommend Shaun and his Lagacy Team!

Before choosing Daniel as my contractor, I was very nervous being that it was my first time…read moreremodeling and I've heard horror stories about contractors. But trust me when I say I had nothing to worry about. Daniel and his team did an excellent job at remodeling my two-story property that required some demolition, full interior painting, exterior power washing, new flooring, and more. They went above and beyond! The house looks fresh and almost brand new! He's very communicative, responsive, honest, straightforward, and easy to work with, which I highly value. Not every business person is like that. I also admire that he was always available to answer any question I asked. (And I had a lot.) He did certain things that I wouldn't even know that needed to be fixed or replaced. Learned a lot throughout the entire process. Also, I love that he's like a one-stop shop. He provides almost every service you can think of for a house rehab. His crew were all professional and nice. Very pleased that I chose him to do my house remodel. I hope to use him in the future and will refer others to him.

After I talked to the others, I went with Diego. He had good reviews and has Yelps guarantee. From the time I spoke with Diego, he had one of his installers at my house in an hour. The installer was professional and had my fixtures installed in about 2-1/2 hrs. Pricing was good. The installer had to go to Home Depot and get some water lines. There was no up charge for these items - he gave the that invoice. My next project will have a call to Diego and Vayeyo.

Amongst everyone contacted me, Kirby seemed more genuine and professional in the replies. Time went by with another artic freeze last December. Ok, time to revisit my request. I messaged Kirby on Yelp. He remembered our conversation and replied right away, as usual. After I sent him the pictures, he quickly replied with a quote. Then, he agreed to show up on my day off. My husband wanted me to fix the front door since the freeze we all endured over 10 years ago. I tried my DIY fix from foam patch to stuck some towels, to seal the seams with packing tape to adding a drape... Yaddi yadda. Ok. Time to call a professional. Because it's an exterior door, it has to be fiberglass door because steel door will conduct temperature from outside. Hot out hot in and cold out cold in. No lying. I researched before agreed to get it installed. Also, because of the door frame had been badly damaged with years of abuse from the weather, everything has to go. I was told by some carpenters who wanted to just replace out the bad piece of door frame with a piece of wood plank. No way, José. I was so glad that I refused to get another DIY person's work and getting charged for a professional price. According to Kirby, his Mr. Handyman Kirby business has been handed down from his grandfather to his father... for generations. Kirby specializes in doors, drywall repairs and other handyman's tasks. He was professional and polite. My neighbor came by to inquire about his business. I had to give them his card and information. He gave 100% of his attention to my project. That's very important. So, he won't get distracted and delay my project. I really appreciate his policy in taking care of his clients. Guess what, I'm going to enlarge his business card and tape it to my door. I want to tell all my neighbors who installed this beautiful door. Thanks, Kirby!
