Writing a review here since my Google one was deleted. Giving 2 stars simply because they called and apologized on behalf of Richard who no showed me twice in 2 weeks. First time he got sick but didn't notify me he wasn't coming. I called the company # and they notified me about him being off. He also called and apologized. Understandable, things happen. We scheduled another visit a week later (two times I've taken off of work) and he no showed me again. This time because he had a doctors appointment. Was not notified of this.. Company called and apologized but it was very poor on his behalf as he is representing this company. I appreciate the apologies but I cannot recommend based off of this experience. read more

They did a great job and I was happy with the price of the project. I recommend them to my neighbor already. Will have to take 2 stars off. Installed a week ago and now a few pavers have sunk and the cement has cracked away on one side. Rain could be the culprit but the slope may be too much. Waiting for repairs. Happy to report workers came out to repair the pavers and the cracked cement. Fingers crossed all goes well from here. read more

The contractors are real artisans. They take a ton of pride in their work and know all the tricks to make it beautiful. Bryan and Elario's team did the project exactly as quickly as they said, even with a few days of rain that popped up. It looked even better than we hoped. It has transformed our backyard. it prevents dirt from being tracked into the house. It is kind of like we added a second living room. I appreciated that they really considered water flow and did the subtlest of an angle to make it seamlessly meet up with our existing driveway while also having a level step for our dog to use exiting the dog door. it is this kind of attention to detail that often gets overlooked or photoshopped but makes a huge difference in the usability. We had a birthday party 2 days later and didn't have to pick up any debris left by workers. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. We got a quote from 2 contractors, Pavertime's was less expensive, though both seemed reasonable. I also appreciated that I could pick up the paver samples super local, without driving out to some far off part of Houston. This is going to be enjoyed for decades and generations. read more

Pavertime had good reviews and our initial interactions with the company's representative, Richard, were also great. He was very responsive, on time even arriving early, and answered all our questions thoroughly. Additionally, he had a good sense of what looked "good" and would advise us, since this is our first time making a walkway for our house. Throughout the project, we had consistent contact with Richard, eventually working with supervisor and owner of the company, Bryan. Bryan was also incredibly professional, kind and addressed all our concerns and made sure the final product was to our exact desire/requests (and there were many). Our experience with Pavertime was really great -- very client centered with great professional guidance and careful craftsmanship. They really stand by their work and keep their word, which is so important and can be hard to come by. We had our project quoted out by 5 professionals. Not only was Bryan at PaverTime the best value for the price, he was also the most responsive. Overall, the project took 3 days to complete, including a rain delay. The crew even came over to cover the unfinished patio prior to the rain so they could get back on the job first thing the next morning. They did a beautiful job and we have zero complaints. Had our back patio redone by these folks a few weeks ago. We'd recently bought a townhouse and the old concrete patio had lots of cracks. They installed lovely pavers and took away all the old concrete. It took two days and it looks great. read more

Pavertime did a great job with my back patio (removal of current patio & grass, and installation of pavers and sod). They were extremely responsive, professional, easy to work with, and did great quality work. They started the job very quickly after I confirmed I wanted to move forward and finished 90% of it in one day. They came back the next business day and finished the rest.
