Reynaldo and his team were excellent to work with. Very quick to respond, quote, and complete the job. We had a rooftop deck that needed additional sealing, top coat of paint, as well as a challenging indoor/outdoor door threshold repair. We would gladly work with Aztec and suggest you do to! (Keeping it local, Aztec is a heights/Washington business) read more

My neighbor referred me to this contractor. They were professional however I wasn't interested in rebuilding my entire house! They came out in a timely manner for the estimate. I was disappointed in that they failed to understand my goals not their goals! It took me a several weeks to arrive at my decision and I wasn't disappointed in my choice. A message to contractors talk less and listen MORE! No need for fancy Drones and gimmicks! read more

Reynaldo and his team came out quickly after a few schedule adjustments for weather and got our roof fixed quickly. His team led by Pedro came and finished the job in an hour to fix a piece of our roof that was bent by high winds. Pedro was very friendly and explained why the roofing material had fallen off and showed me the old and new screws used to attach the metal roofing. They resealed the area with sealant and reattached metal roofing to cover the area with appropriate screws. Would recommend for any roofing needs! read more

We had a water leak in our roof the day before mothered day, this happened at 2:30 AM, rough way to wake up. The leak got progressively worse until the ceiling finally caved in. After doing some research I contacted Aztec, they were very prompt to respond. They were very thorough and detailed oriented and also did a nice job of explaining everything to me. They completed all the work in a proper amount of time, I felt comfortable with what they quoted me and they didn't try to upsell me on anything else. I'm very happy with the quality of work and the professionalism. As a first time home owner, I will definitely keep them in mind for any future work my house might need. read more

Detail oriented and reliable. Quality work. Came out twice just to make sure all was well. The roof is patched, we are bone dry and now we have one less than to worry about. read more

Unresponsive to an estimate that I wanted. Texted me saying that he was driving and never even bothered to respond. Unprofessional.

Aztec responded quickly and the owner was out the next day to inspect. Found the source of the leak and sent over pictures and an estimate a day later. I agreed to the estimate and they were on the roof the next day. So far so good as far as the repair goes. No idea how competitive the price was because I didn't have anybody else come out. Would recommend. read more

I had a fantastic experience with them. They repaired my stucco and drywall after rain water got into the wall. They did an amazing job . Quote was very good. Customer service was awesome too. My house looks as good as new. I strongly recommend them. Loved working with the owner as well their general contractor, Chris. Very knowledgeable and professional!!!! Good value for the amount we paid! read more

Honest. We haven't gotten the work done, but we definitely will. Reynaldo came out and performed a thorough roof inspection with pictures. I was shocked at what the previous contractors claimed they had done but didn't do. read more

-UPDATE- The owner reached out to me via the platform to explain. Still bummed, but I understand. Really disappointed. I made an appointment for a preliminary quote on a roof repair a week in advance. The night before the appointment, I texted to confirm - no response. Unsurprisingly, no one showed up the next day (which I/my husband had altered plans to attend). Since then, I've called twice and sent a text to check in and/or reschedule, but no one has bothered to respond. I understand that things happen, people get busy, etc., but it's been slightly over two weeks and I haven't heard anything. read more

Reynaldo was very professional, answered all my questions and scheduled to replace the roof on my property right away. They did an excellent job as well as cleaned everything up when they were done. I will definitely work with Aztec again for future projects. read more

I would highly recommend the Aztec if you are looking for roofers. Reynaldo is amazing. He is polite and high efficient. I sent him the general inspection pdf about the roof before I bought the house and Reynaldo sent me the quote super fast with reasonable and competitive price and their liability insurance for the job. This left me a super good impression. After I got the key of the house, I contacted him to do the roof repairs. My house is a three-stories house in flood zone and it got elevated. Reynaldo had no problem with that. He told me that I don't need to be onsite when they are doing the job. Then he came and finished every repair, sending pictures to me as below to demonstrate their work. They are fast, professional, and high efficient. Wonderful experience. read more

I called Aztec Contractors when I noticed a little bit of water damage in our bedroom. I could see that water was leaking onto the ceiling from the roof. Reynaldo (owner) answered the phone when I called and offered to stop by to take a look that same afternoon. He was very personable and professional. His team was able to patch the roof just two days later. I highly recommend using Aztec contractors! read more

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Due to the recent hurricane/storm, we needed some repairs to our 3-story town-home roof and as a result met with dozens and dozens of roofers/general contractors for damage assessments and estimates. And Aztec was by far the most transparent and professional experience. Hands down, no contest! - Free estimates - Quotes are upfront, more than fair, in writing, and unmatched (again I'm pretty sure we met with more than half the roofers in Houston, so I feel we have a good gauge lol). - Excellent communication - Prompt arrival and fast completion of services - Great company website, with useful information And what really impressed us was the high quality of work and their integrity. - They took and sent us photos before and after - Took the time to explain everything - Provided a warranty - Provided information about their insurance/bonding upfront without us even asking. Overall experience far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again! read more

High quality service! During some heavy rains, I realized that my roof was leaking. I called Raymond and he was already at my house that next day. He went to the attic and figured the problem in 5 min. Two days later, he was working at my roof along with his team while I was at work. He sends pictures of the progress and the final invoice via text message (which is convenient if you're not at home). To add to the great service, he accepts electronic payments. Highly recommended! read more

I was worried our roof was leaking so Reynaldo stopped by and was extremely helpful. He actually used my ladder and hopped up on the roof that afternoon. He assured us that it was most likely not a problem but there was one hole in our metal drainage system and caulked it without charging us. Based on this experience i would like to work with him in the future and will be reaching out to him to bid another job unrelated to the roof. read more

During the holidays after a heavy rain we had yet again another roof leak. After calling a couple of well known roofing companies and getting no response my wife found Aztec Contractors and gave them a call. Reynaldo responded almost immediately and agreed to come out the next morning. For our first appointment he was prompt, nice guy and seem to take his craft seriously. Our roof had given us problems before but we'd had the same problem reoccur. Reynaldo was thoughtful in his diagnosis which gave me a lot of comfort. We scheduled time for him and his team to come back out, they were flexible in the timing, gave a fair price and again was on time and worked at a timely pace. Safe to say we have had a couple of big rains since the fix and it seems to be holding up. I won't hesitate to give Aztec a call if I need another job taken care of!! read more

I contacted Aztec yesterday afternoon and Reynaldo was able to meet me after work for a quote same day and then come back to do the work next day early morning. The efficiency and flexibility really help us solve our leaking roof issue in time in this rainy season. read more

I can't say anything about the quality of their work, but they appeared to be within the cost I was expecting and he was very informative over the phone. We set up a consultation and he came out as planned; however, after several follow up attempts by me with no reply by them (not even to tell me they don't want the job), I am continuing to look for a contractor. After this review the owner contacted me right away me know that he had an accident and they have been backlogged. I've added another star because he was considerate enough to communicate that. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Similar experience to another review posted earlier - I set up an appointment for an estimate with Reynaldo and he was a no-show. I had three small carpentry jobs around the house. Raynaldo was very prompt in responding to me and came by just a couple of days later to start the project. Hands down the best service I've had for house maintenance. I called Reynaldo to ask for a quote, he came over same day and was extremely reasonable with his pricing. Not only that, he made the effort to squeeze me in on his schedule 2 days after he came by. I'm blown away by his professionalism and friendly attitude. He took pictures of all the work he performed and walked me through the entire process. I will forever only use Aztec-Reynaldo for all maintenance we need in the future. read more

I couldn't be happier with Aztec Contractors. While the prior Yelp ratings (all 5's) were a factor in my choosing them, I still had to follow our procedure and get at least 3 quotes. Not only was Aztec on top of things with their inspection, photographs (very helpful!) and estimate, they were the lowest price of the bunch. Aztec went the extra mile, finishing a 1.5 day job in one day to beat a big storm. The building was snug and tight when the thunderstorm hit. If it helps, the building in question is part of a non-profit operation to deliver clinic, food and clothing to the poor. Aztec also gave us a discount off the final bill as a charitable donation. read more

Reynaldo and Aztec replaced my roof just over a week ago. What a beautiful job and what an awesome experience. My neighbors came out asking me who did the work and I didn't hesitate to tell them about Reynaldo and his company. Specifically, not only was the work and clean up done in a fast and professional manner, but even the proposal/estimate process was impressive. I sought out 2-3 estimates for my roof replacement. They all came in at roughly the same price, but Reynaldo was the only one who didn't charge extra for every little possible add on. One company sent me an estimate but left the door open to add more cost as the job progressed. You know the routine: "I might cost more if we need to do this extra thing or if the house didn't have that or if this little doo-dad also needed to be replaced." I could see where all of that was going and decided to go with Reynaldo. Boy did I ever choose right. After we had agreed on a price, right before the job began, I asked Reynaldo for 2 additional things I wanted. And guess what, he didn't charge me one cent more - he told me those things would not add much to his own costs. How rare is that?! I really appreciate that kind of integrity and generosity. Thanks again, Reynaldo! Well done. read more

Great experience with Aztec! Responded quickly with a quote, did a great job at a fair price and showed up right on time. I typically don't write a lot of reviews but I was very impressed with Reynaldo. I would use Aztec again if I needed someone to work on my roof! read more

I can't say enough about Reynaldo, super friendly professional guy. Came out within a couple hours of when I called and his guys were able to fix my roof the following morning. Aztec Contractors replaced my entire roof and I am very happy with the service and the quality of their workmanship. Reynaldo was very communicative, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He explained the entire process. He suggested a better ventilation system that ended up working much better for the house. He was very reliable and he took the time to inspect the roof efficiently to determine exactly what needed to be done to do the job right. The pricing was very reasonable. Aztec Contractors have gone above and beyond to make sure everything is done right and as promised. They completed the roof replacement in one day. Thank you Reynaldo. read more

Great job, professional guys, good prices and friendly to boot. Have used multiple times and would again.

After the big flood that just happen here in Houston my roof leaked on the heaviest day of rain. On the following days of rain my roof did not leak which left me puzzled. Ultimately I felt it was wise to have it checked for possible repair. I contacted Aztec Contractors and Reynaldo came out to my home and inspect my roof thoroughly; he climbed onto the roof and enter the attic (which is really tight). After he was done he told me that my roof was fine and didn't need to be repaired. Apparently because of the heavy rain and odd angles in which the rain fell water may have entered one of the roof vents. I was really pleased that Reynaldo didn't try to sell me something that I did not need; that kind of honesty is golden. I would definitely call Aztec Contractors again if I ever have any roof problems... read more

I called Aztec last Thursday for a small repair job and 2 days later had an estimate. Reynaldo told me "no job is to small." I just had Aztec Contractors out to seal some roof jacks that were letting water into the house and they also repaired some resulting dry wall damage. The entire process was very quick and easy and the price was fair. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them and use their services again! read more

RESPONSIVE, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. We contacted Aztec and requested an estimate for a roof leak repair.
