Andy Nichols Roofing is the only company who responded New Year's Eve with a quote. Three other roofers said they were closed for the holiday. Anastacio came out the first week of the new year and was very professional and knowledgeable. We needed some flashing replaced that was really never installed correctly. Anastacio was determined to make sure the work was done correctly. We waited after a heavy rain to ensure there were no more leaks on the ceiling before writing this review. I'm happy to say after a full month and a heavy rain the ceiling is dry. I would recommend this company and will reach out to them again for anymore roofing needs :) read more

This is a professional company with years of experience. Andy is a very nice and professional man who helped me put my roof back in working order after the hurricane. His company has an office, an office manager, General Liability Insurance, Workers compensation and he had his insurance agent send me proof of coverage. Andy came to my rescue when no other roofer was available. I had heard about His company from an insurance broker who was trying to help me with quotes for my home insurance. Did you know that your brand new roof will bring down the cost? Well I put my faith in God as I always do with big investments and the It paid off. I was happy with the service and the quote was very competitive. I only had a few tarps nailed down to my roof when a storm unexpectedly blew through with very high winds and tons of hail. I discovered a leak in two areas and called my home insurance company to assist but they let me down. Typical I'm told. Andy's crew came out and was done in a day and came back the next day just to adjust a wind turbine that was squeaky. Yes his crew was efficient and cleaned up well after themselves and no neighbors complained about any mess or cars parked too long in the street. Update-the owner reached out and left a comment back. I appreciate the apology and I can understand it being hectic with the heavier rain season here. I just wasn't sure what happened. No worries! I'll circle back if I still need help and we can take it from there. I didn't realize how things worked from their end and all the moving parts involved. I'd consider working with them again at least based off of the attentiveness and decent apology and explanation. I wish I could give positive reviews, but my experience wasn't that great. They were good and fast about sending someone out to take a look at the condition of my roof, and the guy explained a rough estimate of what the costs would be for the repairs when he finished up, but I never heard anything back after that. I followed up a few times, and just decided to give up and go with another business that needed the work, I guess? Excellent company! In February 2019, I called Andy Nichols Roofing about several leaks on my roof. Salvador came promptly and repaired the leaks. The receipt said that their work was guaranteed for one year. Fast forward to September. I noticed a small stain on my roof. I called Andy Nichols Roofing and Salvador came out the same day. He found the source of the leak, sealed it - no questions asked. Andy followed up with a phone call. I would no doubt use Andy Nichols Roofing again. Simply put, Salvador is excellent. Following the Harvey storms in Houston we needed a new roof. Unsure where to start, I went to Yelp. The company responded to my online request within an hour (it was outside their normal business hours too). An employee, Dean, came over at a convenient time for us, assessed the damage and gave us a quote within a day or two. Once the quote was agreed to, they had us scheduled for a new roof in no time at all (less than a week following a devastating storm is amazing). The day they were to start with the roof I was a bit worried since it was supposed to rain that night but we were assured the job would be done before the rain hit. Our house is over 2,500 sqft and they completed the entire roof before 6pm the same day. Following their departure we found only 1 nail in the flower beds. The rest were cleaned by the crew. I hope I don't have to get a new roof anytime soon but in the event I do or anyone else I know needs one I will be contacting them for it or referring anyone I know to them. Andy is a nice man, I am in the middle of selling home, buyer tries to ask money to replace the whole roofing which is only 4 year old with lifetime warranty. One day my husband and I noticed that there was a roof shingle on our lawn. A few days later there was another, then another, and fast forward to a few unexpected storms and strong winds later, we realized that we had to do something or we would have no roof left! He offered a multitude of financing options to suit our needs and his pricing was very reasonable, no where near the astronomical amount that I feared. This is based off calling Andy to get a quote. I've yet to start work on the roof yet, but if I were to, I'd definitely call him. Andy was super responsive, and proactive. I was very impressed. He was very honest and helpful and even after giving a quote he called back a few hours later because while he couldn't get out to the house right away, he used google maps to get an aerial shot of the house and give me a more accurate quote. My roof collapsed after a heavy rain. It was time for a replacement and based on the ratings on yelp (even though he only has 1 review), I decided to give him a call for an estimate. He showed up on time. He took his time to evaluate my old roof and noticed that the roof has 2 layers instead of one like newer roof. He gave me an exact estimate of how much everything would cost. He helped with insurance claiming process. He contacted the insurance person without me having to do anything. He and his team finished everything in one day and cleaned up all debris. The job was flawless. He also adhered to my HOA's restriction and guidelines (roof color and seam). He does offer refinance options. I got the run around via text message from a guy named Chris that told me he would come by every week for a month and never showed up. He now just doesn't even respond to any of my text messages. After talking to my brother & trusted friend, I accepted quote & approved work. After work complete, I was shown pictures of roof and affected areas that were repaired. Recently had our roof repaired due to a leak around our skylight. We got several quotes and their price was very comparable. The differentiating factor for us was that their price covered fixing the problem right vs a patch job that would work for now and be a problem again in a few years. I used these guys to get an estimate to replace half of my roof. Richard came out and examined the roof and noticed hail damage. He advised me to call my insurance to have an adjuster come out. The adjuster came out and advised me that the whole roof needs to be replaced. This was the first time I have ever made a claim to my home and Richard was great at letting me know how the process worked.
