He was able to get workers there quickly, and they replaced faulty/missing external vents that allowed water to drain in my house leading to wall damage. He provided before and after pictures as well as a birds-eye view pictures of the roof which was nice to have. The repairs came with 2 year warranties. On Monday, he had a worker come by and begin repairing the drywall. They repaired the damaged wall, bought paint to match the wall, texturized it, sanded, and added two coats of paint, and dried everything all in the same day. As a plus, they let me keep the remaining paint. Some nice touches that were appreciative, they always wore shoe covers and never wore shoes inside. They were cognizant of cleaning up any mess that was created from the work being performed. Even going as far as cleaning the attic to clean up anything that dropped during the roof repairs. They also vacuumed through the entire path that they walked as they left. One final thing that was surprising, as Jose left, he noticed our gate didn't completely close. Once I met with the salesman who came out to give me an estimate I knew that I was dealing with professionals, and not just someone working out of their truck. I must say this company is great to work with. The owner was always very personable and explained everything in full detail. We just had a pretty big storm and heavy rain after the new roof went in. We had a small leak that happened in our living room floor, went up to the attic and saw that the chimney shaft was leaking. I contacted the owner via text to see if he could check it out whenever they had time this week. He replied on a Sunday night, felt bad because I hate bothering people on a weekend but he was very responsive. They had someone come out the next day and found out it was the caulking around the chimney unit that failed. Nothing to do with the roof and the foreman went ahead and fixed it for me anyway - what a guy!. Our foreman was Remy and he is awesome. I highly recommend Elite for any roofing project. Firstly - Tamara is amazing! She worked with me from the original inspection, to meeting with the insurance adjuster to monitoring the work and inspecting the final job. Her communication was thorough and timely and really helped with the process since we were out of town for some weeks between the storm and start of the replacement. The crew replaced my roof on the hottest day of the year (I felt so sorry for those guys) and did a great job, including a really thorough clean up afterward. The insurance check came through quickly and I was able to pay them today. They did the inspection for free and never asked for any upfront funds throughout the process. Having some slight (and very old) experience with roofing, it was a well done and timely job from start to finish, despite Mother Nature's best efforts to slow it down with torrential rains for the last week! He came over and gave me a quote and was very friendly. I asked for some references of similar type jobs and there was one just a few blocks away that I walked to and checked out. The owner wasn't pleased that his information was shared without his permission, but otherwise he had good things to say about Allied. I wanted some assurances so he had the installer/manager guy Rick came over. Rick really sold me on the company. He knew what he was talking about and he explained how they were going to install the windows (something that Wonderful did not do.) It was a particularly difficult job which I was upfront with, but Rick had experience with it. Rick kept in touch with me and responded when he said he would. He let me know when the windows arrived and then we scheduled the work. I ended up getting them installed 3 weeks early (and on my birthday weekend too! Yay!) because they had an opening. Because of the complexity of the job it took 2 days, so the crew were out on a Sunday which they didn't complain about. They cleaned up after themselves, were very polite, and put up with my questions and additional requests. Really great job. The finished product is amazing. I live on a busy street and the new windows have seriously reduced the noise levels. I'm sure they'll help with the A/C bills in the summer but my main reason to upgrade was noise and they really deliver. My father recommended Allied to me initially (I really, really should have gone with them) and I'm definitely going to recommend them to my neighbors and friends. After the contract was signed, the necessary tasks conveniently increased in price with the salesman saying he forgot to add certain parts of the project and more materials were needed than he anticipated. Just a bunch of lies, excuses and overselling. The company actually subcontracts to other contractors, which I did not like. I thought all the workers would be working for Allied, so the work and communication could be seamless. Instead, it was chaotic and unorganized at times. The promised date the project would be fully completed by kept getting delayed and pushed back. The crews did clean up afterwards but not well. There were a lot of nails found all over my property. It was very stressful because I had to take off work an additional several weeks beyond the mutually determined project completion date. I also had to closely monitor to make sure the work was done well, which I had to point out many mistakes along the way. The company did not take any responsibility for increasing the prices along the way or for the big time delay in completing our home project. Their indifference shows that they only care about money and not about customer service and satisfaction.

When I questioned him, he told me the roof would "likely start to leak now," then handed me a business card for his personal business and offered to sell me a new roof. Their ladders also caused additional damage to the roof. There were also sections of fascia that were supposed to be replaced under the contract but were never touched. When I brought this up, Jon said he could finish the job only if I hired him privately to redo the siding on my entire house, claiming he would "significantly undercut" Houston Siding. When I contacted Houston Siding to report the issues and the incomplete work, I was told they couldn't help me and that I needed to handle it directly with Jon. It has now been two months since the job was "completed," and I am still discovering new problems. For example, the soffits were installed directly over the old ones, blocking the soffit vents. I had seen similar reviews before hiring them and hoped my experience would be different because Will was very pleasant during the sales process. Unfortunately, I've regretted starting this project since the first day of work.

About a month ago, Corey came out and replaced two windows that had rock damage from our lawn mower. While he was here, we noticed condensation in one of our crank windows.
