I had a leak coming from my rooftop patio and thought it might be the roofing but they helped me find the problem (broken down siding) and it was a much easier fix than I thought. Their quote came in one of the lowest of the bids I received and they did excellent work. They were able to match the singles and do a great repair. They also checked over my entire roof and repaired any small issues they saw such as nail pops, exposed nails, bad shingles etc. Would not hesitate to hire them again

Anastacio was determined to make sure the work was done correctly. We waited after a heavy rain to ensure there were no more leaks on the ceiling before writing this review. I would want to mention the group I spoke with, but the person who gave the quote, the scheduler and roofer were all great to work with! (And I can't remember the roofers name!! But he was great! This was extremely helpful for me as I live out of state and was trying to monitor and manage the work from afar. Jose explained all the work to us in advance and went over all options with us before we started. They provided a detailed estimated that went over all the work that was found after the roof was inspected. After the project was completed they have been very helpful on follow up items and provided me all the paperwork for my warranty as well as managing the permit with the city that was opened. His team led by Pedro came and finished the job in an hour to fix a piece of our roof that was bent by high winds. Pedro was very friendly and explained why the roofing material had fallen off and showed me the old and new screws used to attach the metal roofing. First off, I was impressed with Rise Roofing's marketing skills, we have a 3 story townhome and it…read morewas difficult to tell if we had any damage from the recent storms. Rise roofer provided a drone image of our roof and left it on our door. We were going in circles with our insurance company and so we decided to just get a quote from Rise. After comparing quotes with our neighbors, we found that Rise had the lowest quote. Since it was difficult to deal with the insurance company, let alone it would take them awhile to approve it, we decided to pay out of pocket since there were more storms in the forecast. We worked with Brad and he was AMAZING. He walked us through the insurance process as it was our first time putting in a claim and had no idea what to do. Since we decided to move forward with paying out of pocket, Brad was still communicative even after getting our business. Everyday he called us to give us a status update on the process.
