Was recommended for roof repairs on 4 story home by the property manager of one of the 8 units in our driveway. Rose roofing came out to bid next day gave a good price and completed job few days later, always showed up on time, completed job in timely fashion and cleaned up all debris. I am holding on to their info for future needs of any of our neighbors. Hard to find reputable roofer for 4 story free-standing homes. read more

INCENTIVIZED REVIEWS. THEY GIVE YOU AN AMAZON GIFT CARD FOR A GOOD REVIEW. They came out to repair a leak and at 6:30 am, they called me to ask if I wanted the antenna taken down. We'll I had 2 antennas and I thought they were asking me about some piece left behind on the old antenna, so I said yes you can as part of it was already taken down. So I come home later and my satellite Dish is gone..no TV service. I call Rose Roofing and ask why they took it down and they said because you said so. So was a miscommunication BUT they said it was my fault that they did nothing wrong. So I have to call DISH to come out and install another one and I have to PAY for it and wait a couple days before they can come. I'm upset because it was a miscommunication and they would not own up to 50% of it. I don't need them to pay for a new antenna, I just wanted them to acknowledge it was partially their fault. I really don't want to invite a company with no integrity back to do any roofing work on my home. read more

I first asked Rose roofing to inspect my roof just over a year ago and they were happy with it. No charge. This year I asked them again and they came out next day. An excellent service, good quality pictures of my roof and small repairs needed at a very acceptable cost. Proper typed proposal of work was e mailed to me and once I accepted the job, it was completed in three days. I am delighted with this company and highly recommend them. ( Two cold call roofers both told me I needed a new roof at a cost of over $18,000.) My repairs were done for less than $600 and my roof is sound. Please people, do not use cold call roofers. Speak to Rose Roofing and be sure of a professional, high quality job. read more

Rose Roofing did great jobs repairing my roof in the past, and more recently after Beryl, replacing my roof. Note that the repairs for water leak they did before actually held up after Beryl. However I lost and damaged enough shingles on the roof from Beryl to warrant replacement. read more

Wow!! I'd heard these guys were amazing and they really were. I mean, I'd expect this level of service from a company putting up a $50,000 roof that deals primarily in River Oaks (well, I'm sure these guys do that, too, but I just felt extra special here in Bellaire). The good stuff. 1) they had a quote to me in less than two days. No personal contact needed. 2) the quote was the same or lower as I had gotten from other companies. The upgrade was only $500 more. 3) they suggested three options which reduced my buyers anxiety 4) they gave discounts 5) when I finally returned my contract, they called the next day and scheduled for two days later 6) they came on Friday and left on Friday. And done. I got lucky but WOW, my neighbors love me. My yard was immaculate. In fact, I think it looked better...but seriously, one day!! (They did estimate 1-1/2 days but Jonathon miraculously got extra guys in, so don't get too excited for 1 day like my neighbors and me!) 7) I paid my bill timely and got GORGEOUS red roses that made my boyfriend jealous. I like to feel like I'm special, so - to even the playing field - Rose Roofing is hereby obligated to send roses. I'm certainly excited that I'll be using them again soon. My expectations may increase, lol If Rose Roofing was a guy, I'd totally date him. Since they're a roofing company, all I can do is talk them up wherever I go. Amazing. Just amazing. read more

Rose Roofing - A dozen red roses from Rose Roofing - Roofing Near Me - Jersey Village, Texas

Jonathan Rose, came out for a roof inspection. Even though everyone in my neighborhood is getting a new roof he reassured me I was only currently in need of some maintenance and repair. His staff was here in a flash and were thorough in their execution. They even showed me the before and after pictures. This Co. unlike most is trustworthy, honest, hardworking, and fair value. When the full roof repair is necessary these guys are hands down the team. read more

We needed a roof repair on a part of my roof that was collapsing with damaged shingles caused by the weight and moisture from the leaves that fall on the roof. Jonathan came out and gave an estimate the day after I requested one, then they showed up the following day for the repair (very fast response time and work!). The repair was done perfectly, the roof looks very good and we got a heavy rain recently with no leaking. Also he gave me the info on a great handyman who was able to fix our soffit underneath the roof! I hope to get about a year or two more out of my old roof (its pretty old), but when it is time for total replacement I will definitely be calling Rose Roofing for the full replacement. Great work, I'm going to recommend them to anyone in my neighborhood who needs roof repairs! read more

What a great company, barring two scheduling complaints below. Jonathan and his crew/company were amazing. I had a roof leak, and I called a local company out to quote it to figure out the issue. He quoted me a VERY high number with a large scope of work to do that also involved re-siding a part of my house. Given the outrageous estimate, I called three other roofers. One didn't return my call, one came out and never sent me the estimate they said they'd send over, and one was Rose Roofing. I only had two scheduling complaints with Rose, with one at the beginning. They couldn't assign a specific time they'd come out, but rather gave me a 3 hour window and called an hour before heading over, meaning I had to run back from work. That said, Jonathan was awesome to work with and seemed like a genuinely good person. When I asked him about doing the other work the first company recommended, he suggested we start small in one spot and expand the scope and cost if that didn't fix the issue. Duh. The day they were supposed to come out, no one showed. Bummer. No phone call either. I was going to call the next morning, but they showed up at the door at 645AM without any prior notice. Also a bummer. The redeeming grace here was that they did come out early to get a head start on things before a storm rolled in. The repair cost me 1/6 of what the first company quoted me, and it did the trick. The worker showed me where my leak originated, and they were nice enough to take pictures at my request. No leaks since, even with a couple big storms. Overall, a great experience, from talking with the owner to the crew that showed up to the office that processed the paperwork, and likely my new roofers going forward. I appreciate honesty, integrity, and the ability to (mostly) call me to keep me updated. read more

Rose Roofing is awesome. We have had them do a routine inspection of our roof and they found one problem that needed fixing. We had suspected the area they found had an issue and they confirmed and fixed. Very reasonably priced, too. We recently had a leak of some sort in our kitchen. Called Rose and they found a nail - not a roofing nail - was creating a slight hole thru the shingles and decking. They removed it. They replaced a few shingles and charged nothing. Honest. Respond quickly. Easy yo work with. Highly recommend. read more

Discovered that we needed a new roof due to hail damage. Worked with our insurance to get that part handled and started looking for roofing companies. What I liked about Rose Roofing was their open and honest conversation about our roof. Other companies wouldn't give me a quote unless I showed them the insurance statement. That wasn't the case here. Jonathan came out, measured my roof, mentioned he was giving me two quotes, 1 standard and 1 deluxe, and also mentioned that he thought we'd need additional ventilation as our roof was essentially baking with lack of ventilation. I had the quote that same day via email with an extremely fair price. We were able to promptly schedule our roof installation for the following week and got a discount for scheduling so quickly. The workers arrived promptly at 7 am and got to work. They were wonderful, quick, and were exceptionally detail oriented. They were finished by 4 pm and made this entire experience extremely easy. read more

I needed a last minute emergency repair for a few shingles before I closed on my house two days later and they were able to come out and get it done so quickly and didn't even require a credit card for pre payment all done on trust which is hard now a days. I really appreciated the swift response and sincere help provided. I would definitely recommend this company read more

Rose Roofing was a great company to work with. We took several bids and though Rose wasn't the least expensive, they presented a thoughtful product with confidence. We placed our order during the peak roofing season, so we were a bit down on the list to be replaced, which was fine. When our day arrived, the crew delivered the supplies early in the morning and were done before I got home from work. The roof looked great, and they registered our roof warranty promptly. Couldn't be happier. read more

I had my roof replaced by Rose Roofing in Fall of 2014. Looking at it today, and seeing how well it's held up, I felt I should write a review; I wholeheartedly would recommend these guys. There were on time, efficient, cleaned up after themselves, charged a fair price, and (best of all) over two years later I've had no problems at all. read more

Leslie S. I used Rose Roofing after a glowing recommendation from my neighbor, and after getting another competing estimate. The price was very much in line with what I expected, with top quality materials, a lifetime warranty and a reduction for paying in cash. Their team was large and efficient so that the job was done in less than 1.5 days. The clean-up was very efficient and the roof looks great. read more

Jonathan came out to inspect our roof after a hail storm. He was very honest and genuine. We highly recommend Jonathan with Rose Roofing.

Rose Roofing. We just had our roof replaced by Rose Roofing. I can not even begin to tell you how impressed we have been with this company. They were competitive, communicated through out the process, professional and the crew worked like a well oiled machine. Ours was a BIG messy job- aluminum roof over ok'd cedar shake- all had to come off, reseal and shingle. It was done in 2 days with an enormous crew. Started at 6:30 (yes in the morning) and stayed to well after dark. They are currently cleaning and sweeping. If you are looking for a roofing company, give them a call. read more

I recommend considering Rose Roofing for your roof job. I was pleased with the promptness of the company, especially the owner's. Quotes came within 24h, he was professional and courteous at all times, willing to answer every question and to help me select the product I wanted and not what he wanted to sell me. Not pushy at all and no used-car salesman tactic: much appreciated! I originally wanted to simply repair my roof, but the comfort factor I got from Rose Roofing decided me to just go for a full replacement. The installation was very fast and fairly good, and the clean-up afterwards was fair. In terms of price, Rose Roofing was very competitive vis-a-vis other Owens Corning Platinum installers and extremely competitive compared to a similar non-Owens product. I am not sure if Owens has the best shingles out there.. (my research says that for sure they are not much worse than any other brand.. and in fact superior for both construction and warranty) but if you choose to use Owens, I'd seriously give Jonathan Rose a call at once. read more

Timely, professional, efficient and communicative. Would recommend to other home owners. Not necessarily the cheapest roofers around, but worth the extra cost. A few things needed to be touched up once the job was done and they did so immediately. I am confident that if there are any other issues in the future they'll be very helpful. Get a quote before hand and shop around - and Rose Roofing will stick out as the best. read more

The warranty from the manufacturer is very important. Select the materials you want on your roof and find the installer who offers the best warranty from the manufacturer. We chose Owens Corning and Rose Roofing is one of their installers who can offer the best warranty. Rose's crews completed the installation in a very workman like manner and the roof looks like it should. They did what they said they would do. read more

Great experience with Rose Roofing! Came out to see what needed to be done and by the weeks end the work was completed. My brother just happened to stop by while they were here doing the work and watched them for a bit (he was a roofer) and said they were doing a very good job. Wow! read more

I am selling my three year old home. The buyer hired Rose to inspect the roof. He gave the buyer a $400 estimate to nail down some loose flashing. Since I need to get the repairs done ASAP, I used Rose but feel really gouged. A young man who barely spoke English spent 30 minutes on my roof. So $400 for half an hour of work: that is ridiculous. And it was just one guy doing the work. Might have been a little easier to swallow if they sent two people. My recommendation is to get at least 2 other estimates before hiring this company. read more

I interviewed a number of companies before choosing Rose. Not the lowest price, but certainly not the highest price. Reasonable pricing, and very prompt about return calls and questions. At the end of the job, there were some minor issues and owner, Jonathan, worked with me on them to a fair conclusion. I highly recommend this roofing company. I believe they are honest and work hard for their clients. read more

This experience was as GOOD as it gets! I am part of a 3 unit townhome and we all needed the roofs replaced. So there were 3 families asking questions and having issues all on ONE job. Ken was endlessly patient and his bid was clear and fair - his workers were polite, neat and worked non-stop. The work started and ended exactly as he had stated it would. The foreman even came in the house to check my attic and see if there were any gaps with vents. Ken came by the site several times during the job to check in with his workmen ( his permanent crew ). When the job was complete we all wanted to Tip the workmen but were told by Ken that they do not accept tips. Who does that?!! OK, so he won't allow a tip so I am going to give you readers one - "TIP - Really consider this company for your roofing needs!" read more

Great experience with Rose Roofing! They responded to my request for an estimate right away (unlike many others). Jonathan explained everything in detail - very courteous and knowledgeable. The Rose crew did a great job replacing my roof - arrived on time and finished on time and cleaned everything up. I highly recommend Rose Roofing Co. read more

Paid company 3 times to fix the same leak on a roof that they installed. They gave up! Applied TPLO to the roof but not over the leak and instead of trimming the excess and sealing it they just folded it over and nailed it to the trim of the house damaging the flashing and fascia boards underneath. Not to mention it looks so so bad. Looks like a 5th grader did the work. Cut to 3 weeks later and many desperate call to Rose Roofing still no corrections of their mistakes. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE OR YOU WILL BE STUCK LIKE WE ARE! read more

I used Angie's List and called Rose Roofing to take a look at a leak I had. It seems that the glue used at the base of each shingle to keep it from flapping up in the wind had come loose in a small area over the dinette area of the house (south side of the roof). So what was happening was that in driving rain with wind coming from the south the shingles would lift because of the wind and the rain would blow in under the shingles. Over time it was enough to create the leak I saw in my ceiling. He did a full inspection of the roof and didn't see this problem anywhere else. I got lucky this time because the leak stain area over the dinette table was only about the size of a half dollar. It may have taken a lot longer for me to notice the leak if it had not dripped a few drops of white sheet rock residue onto the dinette table. It was a quick fix for the tech to apply glue and solve the problem with very minimal cost. Two things worked in my favor, the young man who came out was the Company Founder's Grandson, so he was literally around roofers his entire life and wise about roofing way beyond his age. The second thing was that he was honest. They are an "A" in all of the categories with hundreds of reviews on Angie's List. Needless to say Rose Roofing contact info will be put into my Outlook Contacts and will be the roofer I go to again in the future if needed. read more

The guys were outstanding. Jonathan came out to access the damage to our roof, and he did an emergency repair on the spot. We needed up replacing the whole roof, and their crew was timely, efficient, and did a great job with the cleanup. Jonathan stayed in communication with me the whole way, and called to check on everything right after the crew finished. They even filed all of the warranty paperwork for us. I highly recommend Rose Roofing. read more

I just had my roof replaced and was dreading the mess and nails all over. These guys were amazing, they got it done in a day and a half and left my house almost cleaner than before. I only found a few nails. My neighbors took pictures, roof looks great, no issues so far with rain, they even pointed out spot where original flashing wasn't properly installed and fixed it. Have used them for 10 years for repairs, competitive pricing and dependable. read more

We had hail storm damage and had to look for a reputable company to replace our roof. Our neighbor was using Rose Roofing and she was very happy with their work. We had several proposals and decided on Rose. Jonathon Rose was great to work with. They did a great job and easily get 5 Stars! They also did 3 other roofs in our gated community. Each home owner was appreciative of their work. They're a 3rd Generation family owned and operated company. I highly recommend them! read more

Rose Roofing is playing upon their family background, but they are just a high-volume contractor. Did not keep the site very clean, no introduction of a foreman on-site to coordinate with during the process, had to follow up with them to correct bent gutters, trash in neighbors' yards, cleaning up our stucco. Placed dumpster in driveway without even knocking on the door and allowing us to remove our car. Roofing work - assuming it was fine, but no review by a supervisor or owner's rep. Use companies with a personal touch - Rice Roofers, Paramount Roofing, etc. - I regret I did not. Jonathan just sells - then disappears. read more

Rose Roofing is the best there is. They will honestly assess whether it makes sense to patch or replace a roof. Last week we saw a water stain on the ceiling in a house in Jersey Village. The roof is quite old and they could probably have sold us a new roof! But Rose Roofing just recommended a simple repair, and they got it done the next morning. When the time comes we will definitely hire Rose Roofing for our next roof. read more

Ours is a 19-years old, 3-story house. A gutter came loose due to high winds last week. We also needed roof inspection after a hailstorm 3 weeks ago. After being stood up by 2 other companies, and a third one quoting $350 before even looking at the work, we called Rose Roofing. Someone showed up at the promised time on a weekday, when no one was at home. Afterwards, they did not call us, so we followed up. We were told that the roof was good for at least 5 more years, and the gutter was fixed as well. Biggest surprise was that they did not charge us labor or a trip charge. We appreciated the commitment (keeping an appointment) and the honesty. All in all, a very good experience. read more

Rose Roofing (Jonathan) was great at communication and answering our phone calls, but the quality and work ethic of his hired hands left much to be desired. They were hired to replace our roof and we had asked them to address a specific spot on the roof that needed special attention. The roofers neglected to do so. When we called asking that they fix that specific area, they came back and fixed a different area that we were unaware of, in addition to the area in question. This left us wondering what else they neglected to do correctly and possibly cut corners on. After only seven months, albeit a nasty season with severe weather and heavy rain, we noticed there was a leak in the bathroom from the roof vent. They came out to repair the leak, but refused to repair the internal damage the leak had caused. We now have to replace the wall and ceiling due to water damage from faulty installation. A reputable company would have fixed the collateral damage, knowing this was a result of their mistake. When it comes to the roof on a home - quality and reliability is imperative. Next time I will pay a little more and get a better guarantee. read more
