We'll I had 2 antennas and I thought they were asking me about some piece left behind on the old antenna, so I said yes you can as part of it was already taken down. So I come home later and my satellite Dish is gone..no TV service. I call Rose Roofing and ask why they took it down and they said because you said so. So was a miscommunication BUT they said it was my fault that they did nothing wrong. So I have to call DISH to come out and install another one and I have to PAY for it and wait a couple days before they can come. I'm upset because it was a miscommunication and they would not own up to 50% of it. I don't need them to pay for a new antenna, I just wanted them to acknowledge it was partially their fault. I really don't want to invite a company with no integrity back to do any roofing work on my home.

He was very informative and upfront with all information about shingle types, installation, scheduling, and options for repair vs. replacement. Two years ago we had a roof repair by Shingle Hut and were very satisfied with the cost and general helpfulness of the project coordinator. He gave us several options at a reasonable price. Fast forward to hurricane Beryl damage 2024... shingles were flying from a new part of the roof! Mark with Shingle Hut came through!! We were quoted double the price by another company who REFUSED to give us a cash price and wanted to ONLY work with insurance to cover the cost. Our Hurricane policy deductible was over $20,000... needless to say I needed an affordable and reasonable cash option. Mark offered us a couple different packages and was great about follow up without being pushy. He followed through with everything he discussed and was responsive on phone calls, text and email. Financing options are offered on their website by 3rd party but even that part was fantastic... very quick and responsive- again with options on loans to fit a variety of budget needs. It's never fun to deal with roof repair and replacement, but Mark made it not scary.

It was installed almost 10 years ago by 'another' roofing contractor. I initially went to them as we had GAF Golden Pledge Certificate from them. We frustratingly, went back and forth with them for 5 or 6 months with a lot of promises but no cleaning. I called Roy and explained the situation. He promptly had his man come out and quote us a great price. Much lower than our original roofer. They came out and cleaned the roof. They did an excellent job, and the roof looks like new! They cut down and chopped up limbs then inspected cleared roof. They found the roof to be sound and patched down a couple of shingles. Very honest and straightforward. Telge Roofing owner, Roy Campbell, called to follow up on my text to him that I was pleased with their service. He was glad that I was a happy camper. When I am ready for a new roof I will definitely be calling them back. If you want an honest assessment on your roof give them a call.

We never had one issue with our new roof and if we need to replace the roof at our new home, we would use them again. Justin was incredibly communicative and accommodating. He checked in before the crew started working and gave me his cell if I had any issues. I felt terrible bothering him, but we had these rose bushes in the front yard and there were a few shingles that had fallen on just one of the the multiple bushes. I just mentioned it to him and it was immediately gone (it wasn't a big deal and they were being as tidy as possible, but the bush was full bloom and I love roses so I wanted to keep as many flowers as possible!)! He didn't seem bothered or agitated and someone on the crew even apologized to me. I had two smaller kiddos I was concerned about them getting hurt after the replacement, but the crew did a great job keeping the mess as organized as possible and they even did a second check, we had no issues at all after the roof was finished being replaced. I thought Justin, his crew, and everyone I encountered with Fair Claims did a great job. Also, my realtor, whose husband owned an appraisal company, referred me to them. Her and her husband both are very particular and she said they did her personal home, as well as many of her clients' homes and they had never had any issues either. I have nothing but good things to say about Fair Claims!

Shaun also took his time to assess/measure the house, take pictures, and send us a true (and very fair!) quote. His guys were out there that week, were very friendly, and the communication was the best I've ever experienced with any contractor we've had. They listened to what we wanted, explained why any changes to the plan needed to be made BEFORE any work was done, and were extremely thorough. They went above and beyond to make sure our house was done right inclusive of repairs and overall look. Shaun came out multiple times to see how the project was going, and also had his project manager Jesse overseeing anything he couldn't. We really appreciated the dedication Jesse and Shaun displayed, especially making sure that their crew slowed down while replacing the front of our home that had the most damage and character. They replaced and reinforced the bones where it was needed, and took the time to preserve the character of the unique look that the face of our house has. We also loved that there was one crew for siding and a different crew for painting instead of a one stop shop as these are different crafts. Mostly, we love coming home what looks like a brand new house. The professionalism, communication, and care was top knotch. It was wonderful to know that a company that puts the customer and the process first still exists - instead of cutting corners while racing to the finish line and moving onto the next. I had 314 Roofing install a solar powered fan on my roof. They surveyed my roof and attic and…read morestated that an exhaust fan would get my attic temperatures close to the ambient temperature. However, I only noticed a 6 degree drop in temperature. I informed them of the issue and unmet expectations; only to have their representative re-inspect the house and tell me that there is another separate issue causing my excessive attic temps. When I asked why the initial issue was not identified, the representative just shrugged. From my perspective, I spent $1,800 on a solution that was ineffective and possibly unnecessary. At best, I would say that their solution was misrepresented - but I just feel lied to. Given the experience, I would not trust them with a larger project or recommend them.
