Window World delivered top-notch service once again! We have had Window World windows on our 1930s…read morefarmhouse for over 12 years, and they remain the best investment we have made for our home. Since our house is on a pier-and-beam foundation, it naturally settles unevenly over time, requiring a foundation company to come out every 5 to 8 years to re-level it. Even with all that shifting over the years, these windows have stayed completely solid with zero operational issues, opening, closing, and sliding smoothly every time. About a month ago, Corey came out and replaced two windows that had rock damage from our lawn mower. While he was here, we noticed condensation in one of our crank windows. Corey took down the information without hesitation, and Window World replaced it free of charge under their Lifetime Warranty! Fast forward to today (10/28/26), Floyd came out to install that replacement window. He was incredible from start to finish! Punctual, communicative, calling to give us 2 hours' advance notice, and calling again upon arrival. He handled the installation seamlessly and took the time to explain everything he did. From Corey and Floyd on the installation side to the customer service team coordinating appointments over the phone, each interaction with their staff has been completely seamless. A personal thank you to Jim Roland, owner of Window World for over 30 years! It is obvious just how much care and dedication he and his family put into every aspect of their business, which flows down to their employees! I uploaded 10 photos and a video to show off how great they look after all these years! I highly recommend, 10 out of 10 from a very satisfied and lifelong customer!

Sometimes more than once a day. when I talked to them, I told them we weren't going to reschedule as we were not going to move forward with new windows in the next 12 months. and still they call us, over and over and over. I usually ignore the calls, but I do answer occasionally and tell them again, we are not interested, and they say they will take us off their list. and then I get a call the next day. tried blocking the number but they always find a different number to call me from. I am so sorry I ever called them.

Sometimes installing windows can be a pane, but Houston Window Experts makes it easier than…read moreexpected. I used them twice for different houses, so that alone is a testament of my good experience with this company. On my latest install, they were professional from start to finish, although not perfect in some areas (more on that later). I'll start with the issues, and then close with the positives. On our first house, I encountered some disappointing challenges during the execution/installation phase. Our garden was trampled on, one of the windows were installed on the wrong spot, and a light fixture was damaged and the crew tried (poorly) fixing it without notifying me (all caught on CCTV). With all that said though, the company stands by doing the right thing and resolved everything on a timely manner. How it was handled was much appreciated and influenced me to use them again and refer others. On our second house, almost everything went smoothly. All windows were replaced in just two days! Just encountered a minor hiccup when a wall was damaged and a worker claimed it was pre-existing. Luckily, I purposely took before-photos and was able to provide evidence that it was not pre-existing. In the end, it was fixed within satisfaction. As for the positives, I really have to give credit to Milton, the supervisor on the second house. He was very professional and accommodating. On one of the windows, he found water damage and pointed it out to me instead of trying to cover it up. The damage and source were all fixed. Seriously, he could have moved on and I would have never known! All the windows were installed to my satisfaction. Few minor quirks remained, but possibly due to the window manufacture (or so I was explained). Also appreciate how floors snd countertops are covered to prevent/reduce damage and dust. I recommend this company. Here are some tips before using them (or any other window company): - Take lots of photos of each window before the work starts. Ensure to get several close ups and different angles of the trim and corners, both inside and out. Ensure good lighting for a useful photo. - Check with your HOA to see if it's the window replacements are allowed. Some care about colors of trim and grid vs non-grid. - Expect the order to take several months to come in. Get your quote early if it's a house you plan on moving in.

They were each professional and provided great information about their products and had very knowledgeable reps. After speaking with Colin, we knew the right choice for us was The Window Source. He explained in detail the process, the benefits of how these windows, and answered questions that we had not even thought about. With the final price in hand, we reached out and confirmed with Colin that we selected The Window Source. After our windows were custom-made, the crew came in and left the house cleaner than what they found it. They were very detail-oriented about every step and the supervisor kept us informed of what they were doing and why. After they finished and cleaned up the work areas both inside and out, we received hands-on instruction on how to properly clean and use the windows. This is very helpful, especially in Houston heat and those few days of the year were near freezing. On the back end, the staff was great and helping us process the final payment. A clincher for us is that there is a transferable limited lifetime warranty with the product. Having a locally based company helps us support our local economy and know that there are faces behind the company name that we can reach out to if we need any help or have a question. Highly recommend The Window Source as your choice as we've already let our friends and neighbors know.

He was polite and punctual. We discussed if he could give quotes with varying window styles (combination of picture, single hung, and casements), to let me know my options and how it affects pricing structure. He mentioned he would get back to me on Monday/weekday but it's been 3 weeks and I've heard nothing. Window replacements are a big ticket item so I recommend shopping around to bid your projects and see who's communicative and follows through - especially if they're charging a premium.
