I guess our repair job wasn't big enough for them. Very poor customer service since the initial consultation and I have now moved on. I wouldn't recommend based on their lack of communication and willingness to help. ***UPDATE The owner reached out to me, apologized and was willing to make it right. I had another company already on-call when they reached out initially. Bottom line is that they did what they could to solve the issue and that doesn't always happen. I'd give them another chance had I not already had someone on top of the job.

I am selling my house and the inspector noted 6-7 items that were done wrong on the roof and need to be corrected. I contacted Anderson Restoration and have made ~6 calls to them and still can't get them to give me an answer on their warranty (they evidently did not file the warranty registration with GAF as they were required too). It has been 2 weeks and I am now forced to use someone else to fix the issue. Would NOT recommend using Anderson Restoration.

We are still waiting on the roof inspection. After many calls from us and my insurance company, we hired an inspector so we could get our windstorm certification. Well, the roof didn't pass inspection and he recommended a reroof. Next, Rapid roofing contacted us and said they will have to do a reroof because it didn't pass. After a couple weeks they decided to send an engineer out to inspect because they didn't think the whole roof needed replaced and well, it still didn't pass and he recommended the same reroof. Now, they are saying they are going to fix the bad places but have yet to show up and keep saying they will be out in a couple of days but never show up or call. We only sometimes hear from them after I reach out to them. I wish that I could say that's been the only problem but no. Before we started, we requested metal vents and they installed the plastic instead. I was told the wrong ones must have been sent out, but it was basically too late to put the right one on since the roof was almost finished . Then, after starting our gas furnace, I luckily checked on it since it was turned on for the first time for the winter. For some reason they didn't reinstall the vent and it was dumping the gas exhaust in the attic. Thank God I checked it that evening! They did fix it, but it sure was a few cold days before getting to it. As of now, we are still waiting for repairs to a NEW roof so it will pass inspection.

Roof replacement caused damage…read more Failed to seal the area around my AC ductwork, which caused leaks into my home (Leaks that I didn't have before they started working). When I called them out to fix the leak they came in, took pictures and put the photos in their report showing where they failed to reseal where the duct work went through the roof (roof mounted HVAC), THEN refused to even take ownership for it and charged me to fix their poor workmanship! They were servicing our entire townhome community, this isn't even close to an isolated incident. Other homeowners, whose homes were damaged by their poor-quality work and were promised compensation for the damage their failings caused have been fighting to get them to provide the promised funds. Basically they start ghosting and stop answering the calls of the people they owe.

Daniel was super professional and the outcome and process were outstanding. When we were taking bids, some roof companies went on and on and I felt like I was being held captive -- others gave me lower quotes over the phone without seeing the roof! Daniel came out in person, was thorough, explained everything and answered questions but respected my time. He also understood the complications of insurance claims and worked with us on that. I had taken a lot of notes from the more expensive companies and learned that Daniel's company was using exactly the same materials! Daniel was not the cheapest but far from most expensive and he established a trust with us. PRE INSTALLATION: Daniel was super responsive to my follow up texts. At one point I asked if we should go with two solar fans to vent the roof. He said he would be happy to do it BUT we don't need it. What other contractor would turn down an up charge? Daniel came the day before installation to do prep. He notice my lawn was a little long and explained that if the lawn could be shorter it will help ensure 100% nail clean up. I tried to get my landscaper in later that afternoon but that was a no go. Daniel then tried to start up my long-neglected lawn mower and saw it wasn't working. So Daniel came back in his truck with his own lawn mower and mowed my lawn! INSTALLATION AND FOLLOW UP: Installation went really well. It was clear Daniel took care of his workers.
