My mother was having issues with a roofer on her home in Houston, and Scott worked with her and got everything taken care of, well done. His team was professional and she was super happy and still is now. For my home in the Austin area, Scott has come out and checked my roof after Hail here in Cedar Park. Both times he said the roof was good. This past time June 2023 it was not. Scott worked with us, helped us through the process. This week, he had his crew out, and he was on the roof and around the perimeter himself. It's a pretty good sized project, but we got high quality, and very good work done. The roof looks excellent, and they did a very, very good job getting the perimeter looking better than when they came, and checking on my neighbors to make sure nothing fell over a fence. Scott grew up in Houston, and did mine and some of my friends roofs in Austin area and San Antonio. A real Texas Roofing company that provides quality work and follow up.

Anastacio was determined to make sure the work was done correctly. We waited after a heavy rain to ensure there were no more leaks on the ceiling before writing this review. It was an expensive project, which we agreed on and signed the contract. After the contract was signed, the necessary tasks conveniently increased in price with the salesman saying he forgot to add certain parts of the project and more materials were needed than he anticipated. Just a bunch of lies, excuses and overselling. The company actually subcontracts to other contractors, which I did not like. I thought all the workers would be working for Allied, so the work and communication could be seamless. Instead, it was chaotic and unorganized at times. The promised date the project would be fully completed by kept getting delayed and pushed back. The crews did clean up afterwards but not well. There were a lot of nails found all over my property. It was very stressful because I had to take off work an additional several weeks beyond the mutually determined project completion date. I also had to closely monitor to make sure the work was done well, which I had to point out many mistakes along the way. The company did not take any responsibility for increasing the prices along the way or for the big time delay in completing our home project. Their indifference shows that they only care about money and not about customer service and satisfaction.

I had to get a supervisor, who fortunately showed up about 30 minutes before they tried to leave, have them correct the issues-all except paint on brick which I CANNOT GET OFF. They also handed me a sheet to complete about the job as they were leaving and said I had to fill out and give back to them before they left. The sheet stated that they were to give me this sheet on day one, not on day seven. Allied Siding sign was not put in my yard till day six and they should have put out in day one. I called the office in Tomball to report all issues. Melissa listened and was glad I called. She felt the manager should also speak to me-he called and did not seem interested at all as to what I had to say.

I reached out for a quote for roof and wall repairs on Thursday night. Jose came by Friday…read moreafternoon and provided a quote same day. He said he can start the roof repairs that day and come back for the indoor wall repairs on Monday. This was perfect since it was supposed to rain later that night and the next day. He was able to get workers there quickly, and they replaced faulty/missing external vents that allowed water to drain in my house leading to wall damage. He provided before and after pictures as well as a birds-eye view pictures of the roof which was nice to have. The repairs came with 2 year warranties. On Monday, he had a worker come by and begin repairing the drywall. They repaired the damaged wall, bought paint to match the wall, texturized it, sanded, and added two coats of paint, and dried everything all in the same day. As a plus, they let me keep the remaining paint. Some nice touches that were appreciative, they always wore shoe covers and never wore shoes inside. They were cognizant of cleaning up any mess that was created from the work being performed. Even going as far as cleaning the attic to clean up anything that dropped during the roof repairs. They also vacuumed through the entire path that they walked as they left. One final thing that was surprising, as Jose left, he noticed our gate didn't completely close. He let me know he could fix it, 5 minutes later, it works again. The attention to detail from Jose and his team were great.
