He has been great about checking the work as it progressed and personally fixed a few remaining issues himself. We never had one issue with our new roof and if we need to replace the roof at our new home, we would use them again. Justin was incredibly communicative and accommodating. He checked in before the crew started working and gave me his cell if I had any issues. I felt terrible bothering him, but we had these rose bushes in the front yard and there were a few shingles that had fallen on just one of the the multiple bushes. I just mentioned it to him and it was immediately gone (it wasn't a big deal and they were being as tidy as possible, but the bush was full bloom and I love roses so I wanted to keep as many flowers as possible!)! He didn't seem bothered or agitated and someone on the crew even apologized to me. I had two smaller kiddos I was concerned about them getting hurt after the replacement, but the crew did a great job keeping the mess as organized as possible and they even did a second check, we had no issues at all after the roof was finished being replaced. I thought Justin, his crew, and everyone I encountered with Fair Claims did a great job. Also, my realtor, whose husband owned an appraisal company, referred me to them. Her and her husband both are very particular and she said they did her personal home, as well as many of her clients' homes and they had never had any issues either. While it was frustrating, I agreed to reschedule. When his team came to provide a quote, they quoted me $375. I mentioned I had a $50 off coupon from their website, so I expected the total to be $325. Jeff informed me that all discounts were already included in the $375 price. I asked why they advertise a $50 off coupon if they don't honor it, and his explanation was that the coupon was for same-day cleanings only. His crew had already mentioned that 99% of their jobs are same-day cleanings, so I questioned why they advertise a coupon that would apply to almost no one. Instead of addressing my concern, Jeff responded in a condescending manner and continuously blamed me for misunderstanding. My issue is simple: they don't honor what they advertise and treat customers poorly when legitimate concerns are raised. If you can't provide a real discount, remove the coupon from your website, and treat customers with respect. I would not recommend this business.

Alex, called me immediately to see if he could help, inquired about what needed to be fixed, and was extremely responsive after I provided pictures. Unfortunately, Alex will not be able to assist in the repairs, since he does not replace drywall or the "siding" issue since it has to be replaced by panels. The reason I am writing the review is because he was honest about what he and his team were qualified and capable of doing, and didn't try to do a money grab like many contractors are doing with the house damages all around Houston. I contracted with RCC, Roof Concepts and Construction, for a new roof on August 13, 2024. I am the…read moreproperty owner and I have waited 5 months before leaving a review, hoping Brian would do the right thing. On completion, the roof did not pass inspection by a licensed TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) inspector on Agust 17, 2024. Also, during installation, it rained into my home even though the owner was alerted to a coming rain storm. He assured me the roof was completely sealed, but it wasn't and there were no tarps on site to cover the roof. Severel rooms in my home received damage from the water and the insulation in the attic was destroyed. Brian did repairs on September 20, 37 days after original installation, and again on September 20. On September 27, Brian finally went on roof to see for himself the job that we were complaining about. When he came down, he said "It is SO BAD I have to get another crew". He had never sent out an experienced roofing crew, just handymen, and repairs were not done correctly. The roof failed another inspection by licensed inspector on October 30, 2024. More repairs were done in November, and another inspection was done in December. There were still deficiencies. So after 5 months and 3 inspections, my roof is still not acceptable. Brian said my roof was completely sealed when I warned him of approaching rain storm. It was not and there were no tarps on site to cover roof. Said roof vents covered by insurance were replaced, but two independent roofers said they were not replaced, just painted over. Said they are committed to making things right and ensuring that I was completely satisfied with final outcome. Be sure to read both sides of their contract.
