Just a couple of weeks ago I asked for help with finding a roofer to determine if I had a problem since a water stain made an appearance on our bathroom ceiling. Lots of folks responded and I was really curious about one fellow, WES TAYLOR, who said his company averaged 4 roofs a day. After talking to him I found him to be very helpful and supportive and had him come out to deal with my insurance man who seemed to be leaning toward a roof replacement and I was crushed when my company said they felt the roof just had blisters and denied the claim, but Wes knew the appropriate things to do and show to the adjuster and after asking for another opinion and jumping through all the hoops that were thrown at him, within a week I got a call approving a new roof for me, and I knew I was really in "good hands", with Wes Taylor of Roof Top Innovations. Today my new roof was completed on our 3000 foot house in just 9 hours and it is beautiful ! Wes worked right along with a team of 10 workers who left our property in spotless condition with complements coming from all my neighbors. Lots of us had wind damage from the tornado-like wind storm on October 28 and the damage can be insidious if not checked out before the year you have to place a claim. I don't know how we were so fortunate to have him on our ND site when I reached out for help. Rooftop Innovations came by my house and offered a free roof inspection. They completed the inspection within an hour. They subsequently worked with my insurance company to get everything approved. They came out and explained all the innovations that they use in the roof installation that makes their product a first class roof. The installation was scheduled to meet my time frame. Due to rain, they had to reschedule the work which was done within 2 days of the original schedule. They showed up on the scheduled morning and started work very quickly. The Project Manager for Rooftop, Wes Taylor, was one of the first individuals on site. He organized the work and got things going. He questioned me if there was anything special I needed and then continued with the job. Throughout the work, Wes talked with me, listened to any comments and in general communicated very well with me throughout the work. At the end of the day, the work was complete, including a very good cleanup. Though they had placed tarps around the yard and on the bushes they still did a final sweep picking up trash, debris and nails. When they left, Wes told me if I saw anything in the next couple of days, to give him a call. Overall, I would give high grade to Rooftop Innovations and particularly to Wes Taylor. First off, I want to make it clear that I have no affiliation with Roof Top Innovations or its employees and I am not being compensated in any way for this review. They installed a new roof on my home in early March 2020. From the pre-sale to the installation and every step in between, they were amazing to work with. I couldn't be happier with the job they did and how well they coordinated all activities with my insurance company. I even asked if they would add a couple of Air Hawks over the master bedroom, install zinc strips to prevent algea/moss in areas where that had been an issue in the past and even spray some clorox on my second story eaves/soffits to address a few mildew spots. They readily did all those things at no extra cost. They were reasonably priced, used excellent quality material and did a fantastic job with the installation and clean-up (to date, I've only found two roofing nails on the ground). Service is the key, true to their word and will make sure everything is right. How do I know? Well the weather was great so the roof on my 2-story house and detach garage was completed in one day. Great, yes but the builder, for whatever reason had the A/C return lines against the roof. Well a nail went through the line and lost my A/C. Access to the line via the attic was not possible and the A/C repair guy said only option is to go through the outside brick and put a return line to the compressor on the outside wall (not a pleasing to the eye). Rooftop came to review and first off stated "our mistake and we will make it right". They, being good roofers, went through the roof where the line was, repaired the leak, replaced the roof and A/C is working and no ugly alternative solution. They also paid for the A/C repair...now you know why these guys are a "Customer Service" type company! Highly recommend as a retired law enforcement agent, they are good on my books. read more

RTI responded promptly when I contacted Tyler and Sam in person in July when Hurricane Beryl damaged our home. There was extensive damage to our home and it took quite a while for the Insurance company to check things out and give their approval. Sam Little is our go-to person, but there are numerous gentlemen who are doing various aspects of the renovation. I'm writing this review before the job is finished because while things are taking a long time, all aspects of the job are top notch. Sam and crew are open to suggestions and explain every step that is taken and is to be taken. I will write a final review when we are in our home again. In the meantime, I'm giving the ongoing job 5 stars, and giving Sam and Oscar 5 times 5 stars if that were possible. read more

Wes was amazing! Rooftop innovations was so easy to work with! He talked to our insurance company, filed paperwork with the HOA, and even helped us finance our deductible. He was there when the insurance inspector/adjuster came out and helped point out the damage he saw on our roof. We had our roof completely replaced! He even added on some great features and went and bought a new vent for us and didn't charge for it! The crew was polite and I didn't find a single mail or shingle left behind! Wes even came back to make sure it was clean and helped clean my flower bed that wasn't even part of the job!!! It was the easiest experience! And now we have a beautiful new roof! read more

One of the most important things I look for that reflect superior companies is consistent communication. Both Robert and Devon went above and beyond letting me know what was going on every step of the way. The roof install was perfect and extremely fast! Completed same day with no hassle. A couple of my skylights did have some debris trapped inside and they came back at MY earliest convenience to clear it out and even shine them up making them look brand new. I cannot say enough good things about this business. I am so glad they called and informed us of the hail storm last winter that might qualify us for a new roof. They coordinated well with Amica insurance and did not "break the bank." The crew cleaned up so well that we could not even tell they had been there and done the work! Worked me into their schedule within one week after a huge hailstorm that brought them plenty of business. Once the crew arrived, they were finished in one day, used heavy duty architectural shingles with 25-30 year lifetime and raised our crest up to allow heat to get out. After three heavy rains, I see no problems.
